INTRODUCTION TO SALE OF THE ABOVE SAID ESTATE

I write to inform Nairalanders of Philip Harriet Estate, Located at Rainbow Scheme, beside Royal Garden estate, Ajah, Lagos state.
This is a modern site and service estate with an estate land size of 50,000 SQ M and Plot size of 500 SQ M, and the price per plot goes for N7.0Million.

The Structure of the land is listed below:

Property to be sold to individual and through a corporate structure.
Subscribe to at least One plot of land (500 SQ M @ N7.0Million/plot )
We allow payments in installments with an initial 20% down payment of the cost price (N1.4Million) and balance spread over 18 months (N311,111.10/Month)
Title shall be a deed of assignment at full payment.

Facilities to be provided include:
Access roads
Drainages
Street Lights
Central Power Plants
Gated Community
Security house
Police Post, Etc

We will like to meet with interested buyers to show you the prototype designs and/or make arrangements for inspection of the land.

i got the mail too and i already submitted myy reply on that same day but the deadline they gave me was 22nd of april which was on sunday ooo ...wish u guys luck
