No State governor would tolerate the state assembly challenging his authority. Same way Tinubu would not tolerate NASS challenging his authority. Federal might gave the state assembly the guts to go against the governor.

This is to burst the bubble of those mumu supporters of Suspended River state governor and their self denial that Fubara is now a former governor.

The 6 months suspension and emergency rule is to reduce the political tension in river state. Fubara is as good as gone. Any governor that lose any court case against his state Assembly will be impeached.

Fubara ceased to be Governor of River state the day Supreme Court ruled in favor of the River state house of Assembly. All tension would have reduce when his impeachment process start in 6 months time.

I highly doubt Tiffnubu will wait till the 6months is over.

Remember the criminal said the Judiciary will continue to function. 🤷‍♂️
