Iran and the gulf state are the major problem here, Iran made a great mistake by attacking Israel directly which is an American ally or using proxies Hamas and Hezbollah, as powerful as Russia she doesn't make direct confrontation with an American ally because she knew the influence America has over the world politics and the gulf state they are puppets to the west.
