I don't video edit as a profession though, I went into it mainly for content creation purposes however I wouldn't mind a few 'not too stressful gigs’ if the opportunity present.

I've also helped a friend edit a vid for one of his clients(similar to your resturaunt vid but involved a hospital in my case. (It turned out pretty well)
