I will like to ask, to apply for M.Phil guidance and Counseling do I also have to apply for PhD in Guidance and Counseling or I can apply individually like M.ed in Guidance and Counseling?(the requirements is always side by side PhD Guidance and Counseling so it's confusing, please clarify me)
How many semester is M.Phil in Guidance and Counseling?
Is part time available for M.Phil Guidance and Counseling?

I think you can ,just ensure you check to know when the date changes.

, i am not sure maybe you should try the expedited appointment or wait till you hear of another closer date and reschedule. This was what I was told when I called the embassy concerning getting a closer date.

You can be lucky for the date to change to an earlier one if you login again or be unlucky and it is a farther one, what I did was chose the one I saw, case I heard it the slot could be filled up, I think they give refusals one month later to apply again, Just pick that date, prepare vigorously as you have time to know reason for your previous rejections, then work on it.They feel your status might not change under a week, so they give a longer date.

The current available date in Lagos us consulate is August 29, is it advisable to reapply as i was denied earlier today and how can I get it to reschedule; the first time I applied I wasn't given the option of the calendar untill I pulled a call through to the embassy and i was asked to login in again and the calendar showed and I was allowed to pick the earliest available date of which I had already used the expedited appointment which was denied.

And how does expedited appointment work, does it require extra payment?
