Hello sir.
My sister is one of the beneficiaries of N-build (2018). They were paying them 10k monthly for a year. My sister was never paid and she was told by their principal that her BVN was not linked to her account. She confronted her bank and the bank said her BVN was linked to her account but N-build said it was not linked. Till the expiration of the program, my sister was not paid.

She needed to renew her ATM yesterday and I told her to visit another branch of the same bank. On getting there, she was told her BVN was not linked to her account. She told them that her account opening branched argued in 2018 that it was linked. Now the bank branch she visited yesterday has rectified the BVN linkage error. She notified her N-build principal but the man said he's not interested in her case.

Please, who should we message in case she can still get her backlog? Can she still get the backlog, sir?

Tell her to send a mail to nbuildsupport@npvn.ng, and lodge in her complaint.

There is a difference between a threat, and informing beneficiaries when the training site will be shut down, the post is targeted at informing not the other way round.

Hajiya Sadiya Umar Farouq (Honourable Minister)

The Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development has begun the process of suspending the National Social Investment Programmes (NSIPs) with an immediate effect to restructure the programme for the greater good of its aim.

Following a press statement signed by the director of information, Rhoda Ishaku Iliya, "The decision by the ministry to overhaul the entire programme is to ensure maximum transparency, greater efficiency and more prudent application of resources.

"All present processes especially beneficiary enrolment and payments including for consultancies are being scrutinized and stakeholders are being consulted for inputs that will lead to the total overhaul of the programmes in order to achieve the purposes for which they were established.

Similarly, the Ministry will place all transactions on hold and under the microscope, thereby suspending all payments and transactions under this category.

if those in charge of disbursing stipends to volunteers aren't efficient in solving 'technical' issues quickly,it shows the system is incompetent& heads should role. We don't want to hear baldadash any longer.

Certainly, the money meant for npower benefitiary stipend has been put into fixed deposit until maturity no payment. This is wickedness of the highest order. people are put into serious suffering becos of the gain they want to make. After maturity they will now begin to pay three months together.

N-Power is currently under a ministry, hence no longer responsible for the payment of beneficiaries and can not use the monies meant for payment of stipends, for other transactions.

We stand to benefit nothing by deceiving or delaying your stipend, nether is the delay intentional, protest wont solve the issue.
