The title is misleading. But the normal reasons why buhari shldn't be nigeria's president again is that he is an ethnic bigot, when he was the ptf chair, he concentrated squandering the fund in the zone he comes from, a major road from lagos (sw) was neglected by his 'i don't care' attitude which now its a dead trap to motorist.
