What a costly delay??

Why put bed in offices in the first place? Apart from sexual harassment, how would a doctor seeing his bed available not push many works to his subordinates especially nurses so he could have a restful night while collecting salary. There should be CCTV all over the hospital premises and rooms and offices excluding theatres which should have camera at each entrance to see when they will invite staff into the place.
