TravelRe: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 10 by nsshawty: 1:19pm On May 10, 2021
It's really hard to say if FSW draws will happen this month. Covid isn't easing up here at all. In fact, it seems the cases are rising and more lockdown is being enforced. Also with the new temporary pathways IRCC is introducing, their focus for now may just be on people already in Canada.

I low-key think FSW will be back around July/August though. At least by that time, a lot of people would have gotten vaccinated.

Express Entry draws are likely to be held on the 12th of May. Any hope for FSW? Or should we forget it for this year? What's the coronavirus situation like in Canada? Any news to encourage people!!!

A lot of universities do not require IELTS for Masters. you should check out https://www.universitystudy.ca/search-programs/ for Unis that offer your proposed program.
Depending on what you mean by affordable but schools outside of Ontario are usually more affordable.

IELTS is pretty easy to max out. There are lots of materials online that'll help you. I personally think you should learn French and write the French exam because in a year or 2, 470 will most likely not be the score you should be aiming for. Also this is assuming that you have at least 3 years work experience.

Thanks but maxing out ielts. Urgghh. May God help me. I know guys better than I am that got lower score
