i wanted to renew roadworthiness for about 5 vehicles then the vendor said i must renew the proof of ownership alongside even when the proof of ownership is not due. charging at 1500 each. How true is this?

When they say submit your credentials, are my to submit my CV alongside my certificates? From the definition of credentials, they include just my certificates that qualifies me for a position.
