Muyesky: The kind of joy you derive when you see your gate sitting pretty in a customer’s house . Beautiful. How much is the gate? Did you also mount it? If yes, how much is everything? |

PsgMan: Students aged 18 to 30 years old may use the free Visale system (www.visale.fr) as a guarantor for their lease. Once you have obtained your student visa, it takes 15 minutes to sign up and is valid both for university student housing and for standard housing in the public sphere (standard lease). More information and a guide for the Visale procedure on the Campus France website : https://www.campusfrance.org/en/VISALE-free-security-deposit-for-students
Students aged 31 years and older must provide an attestation from a physical person in the Euro zone who agrees to act as guarantor (co-sign the lease), or if this is not possible, they may pay the rent for their entire stay up-front.... Please I also want to ask, can one go ahead and pay the 50k without getting the accommodation document first? Because I understand that, after payment, the next is booking for appointment of which I will still need the accommodation document. Thanks in anticipation |

Darrnielo: Thanks for this but the landlords/properties I am looking at are asking for Visale. And Visale is asking for residence permit (visa) before giving me a guarantee.
Meanwhile I cant even apply for visa without accommodation certificate. That's just it, but I believe we will scale through we just have to keep looking for a way... |

Thanks for this... And it looks like the last option is paying up-front, but that's another thing altogether. If you don't mind, any tips on this, so that one can have a backup plan. Also any way to contact you? |
