Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Exactly One Year Of Job Hunting by numbersalone: 9:50am On Aug 02, 2016 |
temb: August 4th this year would make it exactly one year I finished Nysc and since then started serious job hunting and yet no job. I seem not to know where the problems are from, I do apply online on a everyday basis and even offline and at the end of the day not even a test invite. I therefore would love to plead with my experienced job hunters to help me check what exactly I am doing wrong. For the nairaland peeps who would are quick to condemnation and start preaching entrepreneurship and getting a skill, I am a very skilled person in so many versatile areas I.e computer repairs,3D modelling with Autodesk inventor, phone repairs and I'm actually very good with what I do..That's what is currently paying the bills but definitely tired of earning very migre income from the little clients I have. And yes, I'm almost concluding my M.eng programme which I did just not to stay idle and to keep my mind out of the trauma of not having a Job. I sure do hope my testimony comes soonest Not to forget I also send my application with a cover letter...but still nothing. Imagine just only about 5 job test for a whole year. I would also love to use this opportunity to reach out to everybody who can be of help, I'm a very humble and hardworking individual willing to work in anywhere in Nigeria. Search for these monickers and pm them ..goldendr, upload111 |

It is no longer news that many Nigerian youths/graduates have been scammed of their hard earned cash all in the name of job invites/interviews. Some even endanger their lives by travelling across states only to discover they had wasted their precious time and money because the agency that sent the invite was fake.
These things can be avoided if you can quickly identify the fake agencies ,their messages or mails. come saturday the 30th of july 2016 by 6:30pm, the mitacy team will be holding an interactive webminar to teach you ways to identify these fake recruiters and see through their wiles and gimmicks. You can also ask questions in the course of the webminar.

Sunnypar: Dear thread members,
it has come to my notice that we hardly give feedback about our interview experiences. It quite unfortunate that most members get invite, go for the interviews and DELIBRATELY refuse to get back to the house. Golden Dr is really trying, now I know why he insisted on feedback. If you think it is easy to source for teaching jobs either by leg, net, sighting or asking, not to mention megabytes and trying to bring the latest to "you". I suggest you try it for a week.
For those that have dropped feedback "we" say thank you, thread member that have been to an interview and refuse to get back to "us" well done and those that keep selecting jobs keep it up, to ghost observers E ka re and our guests......
Finally, am walking away. All the best. For upload111 He said he has been banned for reasons he doesn't know and dats y he hasn't been able to comment since..but he wants evryone to know he is following the thread. He also said he doesn't know how long their ban takes but as soon as its lifted u wud hear from him |
