Oga read to understand. Every legal system is prone to mis interpretation by judges. Either Sharia or western law. The fault is on the judges, lawyers and law enforcement agents involved. So should we kuku abolish all laws because of this error?

Sheria law is outdated and archaic. Even the Arabs who introduces Islam are beginning to jettison it, but my Muslims brothers in my poor country Nigeria are still holding tyt to it. My South West brothers who are well learned and should knw better than their Illiterate Northern brothers are also clamouring for sheria. Lol.

There's a difference between wrong sentence and violation of human right. This case should have been thrown out for lack of merit. But Sheria law loves dehumanising their women.
