Well, it's all mixed fortunes. I sometimes recommend Nigerian traffic to beginners who are still learning the ropes because it's easier to rank and start seeing positive signals unlike what obtains with the foreign audience.

If you can succeed and perfect your blogging art with a Nigerian topic, you can easily replicate that success with a foreign audience afterwards.

I'm not saying it's wrong to start with a foreign audience. But that option is trickier, especially for the newbie. No matter how easy your niche might seem to be, you need to know what you're doing to make headway.

Yeah, that's true. Interestingly, I started with foreign traffic right away. Maybe because I was writing for people building niche sites then. If you know Dom Wells, I was once part of his team of writers.

I totally encourage newbies to try and do it this way. At least, it'll be easier getting traffic from home than abroad. Then use the experience as a stepping stone.

I've always wanted to try the Nigerian traffic for a while now but always pushed back because of the low earnings.

The main reason why ezoic slows site down is because they re-route every traffic through their own IPs. Do you know if mediavine operates on same model?

Note: As far as I know, all networks slow down your site, even adsense. So it all depends on how you build your site. I've achieved 90+ page speed score on ezoic and other networks so don't let that limit you.

As for your question, mediavine doesn't need any integration. Only ezoic does that in the industry. They will just insert a code on your site like you do with adsense, install their plugin, and you're good to go.

As a note, also check out monumetric. They have slightly higher RPM than ezoic. The only downside: you pay $99 to start if your traffic is below 80k pageviews a month.

That's why I post those sites. For you to get inspiration for your next niche. The premise is that, if a site is for sale, then the niche the site is in is profitable and you can target it too. When I checked, one of the site is in the automotive niche, which is a good one.

As for your question, blogger is outdated. You need to get wordpress.org, which is paid. You can only use blogger if you just want to practice.

I don't recommend you try Nigerian traffic. You'll need lots of traffic to generate enough. Try and target first world countries. That's where you can really earn well.

Finding a niche is very easy nowadays. If you want a niche that you can target right now, check out sites for sale on flippa.com and motioninvest.com.

If you are with ezoic and your adsense is active, you should try the mediation in your dashboard. That might help you earn more.

I will suggest you get a BOQ (with it you get a detailed quantity and cost required) but, if you can negotiate with him to reduce the workmanship price; they are a bit high. With his calculation #100 per block for the laying is high. #60- #70 fair.
The same apply to the foundation block laying.

The price of materials seems fair (although it depends on location) but negotiate the workmanship fairly.

As for cancellation, I dont know if the escrow had already been completed by the time your cancellation instruction came in. either which way, the company already had issues with payouts and from most complaints I have read, no domainers complaints or instructions have been attended to by Epik since this whole thing started.

If Tony had resigned. Another staff would have still screwed you over(See why its an Epik problem)

I get you. The instruction came in before the transaction completion. Even the buyer messaged him the same and he clearly refused. I dont want to post screenshot that really implicated him.

Im not really a domainer. So i didnt know those other options were available to me. The default for us site sellers is to use an escrow service. But since escrow.com don't accept Nigerians, I defaulted to epik. It was after the debacle I came across the likes of DAN.com and that's what I'll be using going forward.

Epik is currently unstable. It would be pure WICKEDNESS for anyone to recommend another domainer to use epik at the moment. Even if ICANN has structures in place to protect your domains, that doesn't mean everything will be smooth & straightforward in the event that epik 'dies'.

I think you are very reasonable. And thank you for that. If you look at my first post, you'll see I wasn't going to disparage anyone. I simply sounded an alarm for people who may not already know about what's happening at epik. But then had to reply to some unrefined replies.

And besides, I'll never agree it isn't a Tony problem and I won't repeat what I've said before. If you look at several of the complaints on Trustpilot, you'll see many people mentioning Tony for the role he played. So I don't think I'll my share experience without mentioning him.

Also, I still genuinely want to know why he continues to work with epik when he knows people aren't getting paid. I simply don't get it. He could easily get job elsewhere if he wanted to.

This Tony collided with Epik to hold my $8k since September. I sold a site through epik escrow and this Tony guy was the escrow manager. The guy knew I won't be able to withdraw my money and still approved the escrow. I have have scrrenshot of where I told him to cancel the transaction before the deal was finalized. I even had the buyer do the same. Dude refused and my money (6million) has been stuck since. By the way, I have screenshots because I know some crazy guys will say it's not real.

And yes, I'm the one that posted it on Namepros. Let him, Tony, come out and defend himself. Why are you even posting for him? I really hope he gets into more problems as long as epik holds my money.
