REJECTION OF INHERITANCE IN ISLAM Gud eve all, What is d Islamic ruling on rejection of inheritance by a beneficiary?? though other beneficiaries claimed theirs.. The family head dat has d details of d proceeds gave this same person her share(equal to others) from d proceeds of d land sold...The family head is late now but left a video evidence of how d sharing was done in d presence of d beneficiaries and how d same person rejected hers on d ground dat she doesn't want..The family head is d only brother to d deceased dat owns d land even though it was d family head dat bought it for him with d deceased money... D family head was d only person dat knew Abt d land before d deceased died..So he had to call his wives and children to inform them and dey decided to sell d land except d same person dat rejected d idea... Now d children of d late family head presented d money before this same person again due to d instructions given before he died but was rejected again... D question now is wot shud be done?
