We use 30mpa concrete grade and 8mm diameter rod for our concrete foundation work which you cannot get from manual mixing. (the most you can get from manual mixing is 15mpa).

Seeing conventional buildings around makes us question the creativity of structural engineers in Nigeria. We use to have thatched buildings (because they are cooler), wooden houses (because they are cheaper), and brick buildings ( because they are durable).
