|No Two Individuals Should Have The Same Type Of House by Nwamaife(m): 2:26pm On Apr 15, 2020|
Seeing conventional buildings around makes us question the creativity of structural engineers in Nigeria. We use to have thatched buildings (because they are cooler), wooden houses (because they are cheaper), and brick buildings ( because they are durable). Nowadays, we are used to seeing the same duplexes, the same bungalows, or buildings made of cement and concrete. Does it mean that building houses using materials such as bamboos, woods, bricks, etc are no longer applicable in Nigeria?
Are you not wondering the same as we are? No individual should have the same type of house or building. House speaks of taste, lifestyle, and need. What is your dream house like? Do you plan to have a house that can accommodate a gym, office space, garden, library, etc? Do you want to have the feel of your office when you are at home?
Otanley Nigeria Limited is here to change the narratives of construction in Nigeria. At Otanley, we believe in the uniqueness of a house. We will help you build a unique concept tailored to your need, We compete on the quality of what we do by thinking outside the box to build your dream home that suits your taste and lifestyle.
