zrocky:Most of the questions you raised so far has been treated already. Read from page 1 and thanks us after page 102. It's not easy to keep repeating what have been already explained a number of times here. My brother/sister just read ok. |
Neyoung40:Yes it's possible |
Oskha007:YOUR MISTAKE I share your pains for loosing the admission and money. You actually failed to proceed to the next stage of the admission process because you failed to upload a proof of payment of recruitment fees that reflects your personal data so it's assumed that you uploaded a wrong document or you didn't fellow their laid out INSTRUCTIONS and this is one of the remote reasons why we fail to secure admission and Visa. MY ADVICE 1. You should find out from the school if there is an option of card payment. In that case, you can easily pay with your debit master card which is the fastest and easiest way to your recruitment fee. 2. Please note that it's almost impossible to make a wire/Bank transfer to an offshore Bank account (school account) without presenting your admission letter of which at this stage you are yet to be issued with one. 3. For those who have a domiciliary/Dollar account, yes you can initiate a refund transfer but the bank charges is very costly. Imaging paying $50 or more as bank charges for just €20 recruitment fee. 4. Finally, you can tell a friend or relative who resides Eurozone to make the payment using your name as depositor while you credit his/her local account. That's if the bank's over don't request for depositor ID like the Western Union and Money Gram. I wish you best of luck!! |
Stiflersammy:You must present ALL your ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS for authentication/legalization. |
Stiflersammy:You can authenticate ONLY ORIGINAL documents. |
Stiflersammy:Sir Your question is not clear. |
Recosima:Hello, usually after uploading the scanned copies of your original documents to the IRK portal, and if you receive an offer from the University, then you will be required to send by courier/post the notarized duplicate of your original documents to your institution. Please always send email to the school of choice for your inquiries because they are in the better position to guide you on documents and procedures and they are always happy to help. |
mhorte:Hello, congratulations on your admission. Please kindly note that as a prospective master student, i will ONLY answer the questions I'm very sure of; 1. You are required to also authenticate all the academic documents authenticated by the MOE at the MOFA (including other government issued documents like birth certificates, court affidavits if any) before legalization at the Polish embassy embassy. 2. Kindly note that AXA Mansard Student Travel Insurance covers student for a period of 92 days of which they advise customer to purchase insurance policy in the country of study to cover their stay. 3. I haven't gotten upto the flights reservations and sponsorship letters. Therefore I can't advise you on that. I hope those who have being through this stages recently will advise you accordingly soon.

143Idiro:Hello, some schools usually provide account number for payments of applications fees on their websites while others will provide theirs to prospective applicants after your registration in the IRK portal. You can also email the international office to get the account information. The only alternative to card payments is bank transfer which to me is the safest way to make any offshore money transfer and of course it usually comes with extra charges though not neck cutting. Go to UBA with the account number and they will make the payment for you. They usually wire the money from the HQ in Lagos and not from the local branches. PATRONIZE PEOPLE YOU MEET HERE AT YOUR OWN PERIL. |
Emjay20:MSc students ought to legalize their O'level certificate, Diploma/BSc certificate and Transcript. But i will advise you to email the international office of your school and find out what documents that need Legalization/Apostille stamp. Requirements may differ. |
Emjay20:Kindly note:
|
Jaycew:No. I'm in Nigeria. |
Jaycew:Hope this helps

ChidimmaP:This thread is about Poland students visa ONLY. |
JayFlamez:See page 67 |
JayFlamez:Congratulations on your admission. You will need to authenticate your WAEC Certificate, Your Bachelors/Diploma Certificate and academic transcript. You will also need to apply for Eligibility Letter at the MOE. At the MFA you will authenticate all your required documents including those already authenticated at the MOE ALL ORIGINAL |
JayFlamez:Yes you can authenticate by proxy especially at MFA. But that of MOE, the agent must have the same surname as the owner of the certificate and must provide a valid ID that has the same surname as evidence. Any thing less than that is not acceptable by the MOE. |
Jaycew:Yes it applies. |
okocha170:Yes i understand your illustrations. Go to the court and depose an affidavit (Correction of name). Please make sure that the candidate and examination numbers are captured correctly in affidavit and also authenticate the affidavit at the MFA. NOTE: Always attach the affidavit with the WAEC certificate. |
okocha170:Hello, since your certificate is not ready because your school haven't done convocation yet. Your Testimonial suffices and the embassy understands that. You are good to go once you authenticated the Testimonial at FMOE and MFA. |
collinso89:YES. They use the term Diploma and Bachelors interchangeably. |
Ok... Please read carefully. To start with, there is no correlation between CS and IR whatsoever as such, you have a very slim chance of getting an offer of admission. This is because CS is a very different discipline entirely, and you can't master in IR because it's assumed that you lack the basic knowledge of what IR is. So it's always advisable to pick a course that has links with your Bachelors. I will advise you to go for masters in Cyber Security or Informatics. As for the requirement for admission decision. They are right if they told you that they don't consider only your percentage as the final requirement. You probably didn't read to understand what the email was saying because you are already afraid that will not make it. TAKE THAT LOW SELF ESTEEM OUT OF YOUR MIND. Normally, your application and documents is usually analyzed by the admission board of the particular faculty your applied to through the online test to ascertain your eligibility for a Master degree by checking the compatibility of your Bachelors with the Masters intended course of study as well as your motivation. That is why i told you earlier that a strong MOTIVATION LETTER is one of the major determinant of your chances of getting an admission offer. I hope you understand everything now, and i hope i have alley your fears so far. So give it a try bro. terry026: |
#28yrs Noted! If your point is equivalent to second class lower, then i encourage you to go ahead and apply for a Master degree. It's your motivation letter that speaks for you. Meanwhile what is your discipline? And who told you that your grade is too low for masters? terry026: |
Who told you that your grade in your BSc is too low for masters? What's is your CGPA? I advise you give it a try and don't rely on heresay because people are good at discouraging others. Even those who graduated with a third class still do masters. It all depends on the school, course and how strong your motivation letter is. If you are going for a Second degree, then its better you don't mention it to the embassy. You are above 30 and might find it difficult to get a visa because your purpose of going to Poland is not very convincing and looks suspicious. Going for a Bsc degree while you already have one is very suspicious especially from a Nigerian applicant. This is my opinion though. terry026: |
Below is the application requirements of the school I intend to apply First of all you should send us all required documents: 1) application form (attached) 2) scan of the secondary school leaving certificate or Bachelor diploma with apostille stamp or legalization certificate (must be translated sworn into Polish) 3) scan of the official transcript of records with scale of grades included 4) document confirming knowledge of English language. If you don't have it, it is okay, all candidates must have Skype interview which will check knowledge of English. Please guys I need better explanation of no 2 above. 1. Can I use either secondary school leaving certificate or bachelor diploma or the combination of the two? 2. Does the translation also mean the same thing as apstille and legalization if no, can you throw more light. 3. Does this translation cut across every other documents mentioned as requirements or just no 2? 4. Where exactly in Nigeria can I get this apostille /legalization (translation) done? Thanks in advance for your candid response The following are the response to your inquiry based on my knowledge. 1. You are required to upload your WAEC certificate only if you are going for a B.Sc program. And you will need to to upload your WAEC certificate, B.Sc certificate, transcript and eligibility letter if you are going for M.Sc. 2. Translation simply means to translate your Bachelors certificate into Polish language if it's issued in language other than Polish or English. Apostille stamp for academic or government certificates is the recognition of official documents issued in a country that is signatory to the Rome Status of which Nigeria is not a signatory. Therefore since documents that are issued in Nigeria can not be Apostilled, then Legalization of those documents at the Polish embassy is the only alternative to Apostille stamp. 3. You are required to Translate your documents while you are in Poland if it's required by the school. Find out from the international office. 4. You can only legalize your documents for the purpose of recognition in Poland which alternative to Apostille stamp at the Polish embassy. Hope you are clear. Please always maintain social distance and always wash your hands with soap and water. COVID-19 is real! Please stay safe!!! |
IMustWin:If your testimonial is more than three years from the date of issue, you should get the original certificates before you go for authentication at the MOE. The MOE WILL NOT ATTEND TO YOU if your testimonial is more than 3 YEARS. Your original certificate should be ready after 3 years. Hope I'm clear on this issue. |
Spec7: |
RealFirstLady:The MOE ONLY authenticate: Original WAEC Certificate or Testimonial that is not more than 3 years. Original B.Sc Degree certificate or Testimonial not more than 3 years. And the Academic Transcript. You should go to the MOE first before MFA. |
|
IMustWin:3:16pm The amount for authentication of certificates at the MOE is 300 per document so multiply by number of documents you have, and 1k for Eligibility Letter, while the MFA charges 600 per document then multiply by the number of documents to be authenticated. |
