Please what about someone who wants to use a GCE result, how will I go about the testimonial? Can I use my SSCE testimonial? Cos the result...
You can actually authenticate your GCE (WAEC PRIVATE) without a testimonial. However you should also go with your incomplete SSCE result along with it's testimonial to the MoE.

[quote author=harrisonxury post=100428331]Hello people,

I just successfully submitted my registration fee and applications to the University of Wroclaw.

I hope it's not too early to start going about to get my documents authenticated at both Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs?

No it's not too early to do your Authentications and Legalization

No! It's not relevant to Authenticate and legalize your WAEC if you are going for Masters

Yes you do and thank you. However, must the ministry of education be in Abuja or its only the foreign affairs? Because I’m in Lagos but I know the embassy is only in Abuja. Also, these authentications should be done before applying to any school, right?
All Authentications and Superlegalization are done in Abuja ONLY.

Thank you.

Is it the student transcript that should be authenticated? Because my school says they can only give me the student transcript as the official transcript will be sent directly to the school. Please help clarify this
I'm not sure about this. Address the transcript to any company where the manager or HR will receive and hand it over to you.

Good morning everyone. Please I’m new here and I have taken some time to read through some of the pages here, but they are a lot and I can’t figure out where to get the exact information that I need. I have a few questions:
1. When applying for MSC, do I have to notarize or certify my documents such as transcripts and certificate? If yes, could anyone please notify me on where to do this?
2. What are the documents needed for application apart from certificate and transcripts?

Please I’d be grateful for response(s) on this. Thank you.
1. You don't have to notorize or certify your documents. All you need is to authenticate your bachelor's degree certificate and transcript at the ministry of Education then Ministry of foreign affairs all in Abuja. And ofcourse, ministry of Education will also give you Eligibility Letter.

2. It's depends on the schools requirements. But it's mainly, BSc certificate, transcript and eligibility letter.

I hope I answered your questions.

Please how do I go about attestation, authentication and legalization of my BSc cert and transcript by proxy?
Yes! Authenticitation can be done by proxy. If the person have the same surname as you and must provide a valid ID card to prove such relationship.

However, I can do that for you for a token. Best regards

I have just been notified that my entrance exam was successful and I should pay school fees and accommodation then I'll get acceptance letter which I will use for visa application.

I came here to read about getting their visa, because these fees are non-refundable and I don't want my money to hang
Congratulations on your admission.

The first point of call is the embassy website for visa requirements. Then you can ask questions on what you don't understand here or better still contact me by sending private email to me.

Hello, my name is Cornel (NwaUdi) I'm a Marketing Executive with DE E&M LOGISTICS LTD. I'm also a member of Poland study group. I observed that most of us need to send documents overseas regularly so I recommend our logistics firm DE E&M LOGISTICS.

We partners with DHL and our prices are far cheaper than when you go to DHL on your own. So contact me on 08063293445 or obumcornel@gmail.com for all your postings. We will give you a huge discount rate even better than the DHL student price.

Thank you.

Hello to y’all;

I applied to a university late, so my admission was deferred to September 2021. I have paid my tuition fees and the school have promised to send me my new admission documents by February so I can process my visa.

So I will like to ask, when can I apply for the shengen study visa? Can I apply February in advance to September? Or I apply March, April, May or June? Is there a restriction on the time one should apply?

I would be grateful if I get a response
Firstly, you are applying for a long term Visa and not a Schengen Visa.

Secondly, it's always advised to apply for visa as early as possible so I advised that you apply for Visa as Soon as you receive your new Admission Documents. In this case, you will have more than enough time to appeal incase there is a need to appeal the decision. Thank you.

National Visa is for those applying for a long term visa (family reunion, STUDY, work) while shengen is for short stay.

As I don't have anything better to do ba undecided
You even get time to answer all these yeye questions that has been duly addressed here severally. I read from page 1 to 49 when I joined nairaland without anyone recommending me to do so, and with few personal research I'm well informed about the whole process to some extent.

The issue of financial means of sustenance i.e credit card are others is self explanatory for those who have visited the Polish Embassy website.

People are just very lazy to read and digest what has been discussed here before they join, research or to even make inquiries from the schools and embassy.

It's well shaa...

Hello my people of God. I am new on Poland admission process and I will like to be put through on how to fill in an application form of the Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznań

On my first screenshot, I will like you to help read the second point on the document from abroad. In my own opinion, I think I don't need to legalize at polish embassy again since International Relations in this school uses English as a language of instruction. I need answer, please !
Sir you MUST authenticate your documents at the MoE and MoFA before you legalize them at the Polish Embassy.

You don't need to translate your documents if they are in English Language.

Finally, I'm going for International Relations as well so we can always colabo.

How can I apply using VSF global
VSF does not handle Poland visa in Nigeria. If you are in Abuja, you can visit the embassy and have a chat with the security men at the gate. This might be helpful because I believe too many people are having difficulties booking appointment through the ekonsulat platform and they might have some useful information on how to go about booking appointment... I wish you success.

Please don't forget to share your success story here.

Thanks alot....i have authenticated my neco in 2008 .please can i get the eligibility letter when i authenticate my degree and transcript? Also hope i can use these as proof of funds from my sponsor 1, Tax certificate 2,National Id and CAC.....just to be sure. Thanks once again
Please kindly note that the maximum validity of authentication is ten (10) years. In your case, you will need to re-authenticate your NECO certificate since the first one was done in (2008).
