My sister got NOI for from Ontario and she saw that she has to pay an application fee of 1500 CAD.

I wanted to know if she will still pay another application fee when she gets ITA for EE.

Terminating an SS baby is not as easy as it sounds. It looks doable now because you are considering the pain of letting such a great girl go but these acts have a way of taking a toll on someone or a couple. Think about it, You guys will never be comfortable when she gets pregnant, you can't celebrate the blessing, that feeling of expecting a mini you, not till you confirm the foetus's genotype. That's three or four months of emotional turmoil, uncertainty and fear. And even after you confirm at three months, you only feel sure when the baby is born and is retested again to confirm that he or she is not a sickler.

The ultimate decision is yours, you know what you want and I respect that. But think deeply, don't just take the issue at face value. Hopefully whatever decision you take will favour you.
