1. Customer Services Representative (1 position)
Location: Amuwo Odofin, Lagos

Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and supporting customers on tracking and fleet management issues.

Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate technical issues to the appropriate team when necessary
• Guide new customers through onboarding, installation scheduling, and product use
• Process service requests such as renewals, upgrades, and cancellations
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints
• Follow up with customers to confirm issues have been resolved to their satisfaction
• Provide feedback to management on recurring issues or areas for improvement
• Support the sales team by directing qualified inquiries appropriately

Requirements
• Minimum of OND in any related discipline
• Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a customer service or related role
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Patient, calm, and able to handle complaints professionally
• Computer literate, with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with GPS and navigation technologies an added advantage.
• Must be resident in or around Amuwo-Odofin/Festac and environs.

Salary
70,000 to 90,000 based on experience with a generous sales commission based on targets.


2. Sales Executives (2 Positions)
Location: Amuwo Odofin, Lagos

The Sales Executive will be responsible for bringing in new clients and exploring new markets for vehicle tracking and fleet management solutions to individuals and corporate clients, and for growing the company's customer base within assigned territories.

Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential customers, including corporate fleet owners, logistics firms, and individual vehicle owners
• Demonstrate tracking devices, dashcams, and fleet solutions to prospective clients
• Prepare and issue quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales
• Follow up on leads generated through referrals, marketing, and walk-ins
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage renewals and repeat business
• Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends
• Represent the company at exhibitions and client meetings as required
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and submit periodic reports

Requirements
• Minimum of OND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years' sales experience (experience in tracking, security, or automobile sales is an advantage)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven with a confident, professional appearance
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of digital media/online platforms, GPS solutions and emerging technologies are added advantage
• Must be resident in or around Amuwo-Odofin/Festac and environs.

Salary
80,000 to 100,000 based on experience with a generous sales commission based on targets.

On 27th June, Fidelity had the 2nd best secondary market rate that we know of (after I-Invest app) for treasury bills close to 182 days. This was 11.65% for 175 days.

However, it had one of the lower rates for tenors close to 91 days; 9.5% for 84 days.

Wow. It blinks and once I kill the engine & start, it doesn't come on again. Isn't there an easy way out, in this Next Level to reduce expenses. Some some videos on utube whic said engine bearings might be the cause. What's your take on that?

Good Morning Gazzuzz. Please my 2005 Camry started giving a knocking sound in the engine with oil pressure light blinking. I changed from 5w30 which was barely 1month after servicing to Mobil XHP, if it would atop it, but the sound still persists.

Please what are the steps to take, as I am wary about my mechanic opening the Engine for triak and error. Funny thing is no check engine light. I am in Edo State.

Sorry about that. But pity that everything regarding registration and retrieval of lost & transfer of PVCs has closed officially in all INEC offices, till after the 2019 elections. There's nothing you can do about that for now.

My advice to others is to keep their PVCs in a safe place at home now, no need carrying it in ur wallet, it will be a shame that after atikulating or pmbtill 2023 you won't be able to vote during the election....
