Properties / Village Life Is Better Than City Life by nyechigozini(m): 9:29pm On Jun 23, 2022
when the research don't work it should be think by mind.
Today's life has many difficulties and people are the victims, so they plan to make it easy as they canother. So they can reach a good position. They have more friends in the community since it is small. The village people always try to protect their traditional habits and culture. The village has clean air and the environment is very beautiful. The village has less noise and rush. So the pollution is less. The village has not lot of vehicles. So roads are less dangerous for driving cycling. They can get fresh vegetables and fresh fruits. The environment of the village is pleasant and silent and it has scenic beauty. The village has not only good points, but also it has bad points. …show more content…
Although living in the city has many advantages there are some disadvantages too, the cost of the living is very high in the city, the city is always noisy, no fresh air and pure water. So it is hard to lead a healthy life. On other hand the village the undeveloped area for example, we cannot easily get many facilities the insufficient medical and education facilities, few opportunities to make money, little entertainment, no or little public transportation, also less facilities than a big city offers.
Over all there are some similarities between both locations with big differences. But for each lives there is lovers who cannot switches lives to the other city, at the end, I see that Living in a village near the city is the best way to combine the benefits of this two lives.
City Life Vs Village Life
“who can describe the pleasures and delight, the peace of mind and soft tranquity
One would feel in the balmy air, green hills and rich woods of a village.”-these
Lines are rightly said by great English writer-“Charles dickens”. villages are generally very beautiful with green hills, clean air and peace. In villages people care and help each other. Cities are normally very crowded places as compared to Villages. In the city, one might not have the privacy that one wish for. One would not be able to go outside without bumping into people. Sports / Chelsea Has Confirmed That Todd Boehly Consortium Agreement To Buy The Club by nyechigozini(m): 7:59am On May 07, 2022

07:07, 7 MAY 2022
Chelsea have confirmed that Todd Boehly’s consortium have reached an agreement to acquire the club from Roman Abramovich. However, the proposed deal must be approved by the UK government and the Premier League before it can be completed.
Boehly’s bid fought off competition from Sir Jim Ratcliffe and other parties headed by Stephen Pagliuca and Sir Martin Broughton respectively to secure the purchase of the west London club . The Sale is expected to go through by the end of May, almost three months after Abramovich put the Blues up for sale in the wake of sanctions placed upon him by the government after Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
A statement on the club’s website confirmed the details and timeline of the successful bid.

“Chelsea Football Club can confirm that terms have been agreed for a new ownership group, led by Todd Boehly, Clearlake Capital, Mark Walter and Hansjoerg Wyss, to acquire the Club.
“Of the total investment being made, £2.5bn will be applied to purchase the shares in the Club and such proceeds will be deposited into a frozen UK bank account with the intention to donate 100% to charitable causes as confirmed by Roman Abramovich.
“UK Government approval will be required for the proceeds to be transferred from the frozen UK bank account. In addition, the proposed new owners will commit £1.75bn in further investment for the benefit of the Club.
“This includes investments in Stamford Bridge, the Academy, the Women’s Team and Kingsmeadow and continued funding for the Chelsea Foundation. The sale is expected to complete in late May subject to all necessary regulatory approvals. More details will be provided at that time.”

Todd Boehly's Premier League Owners & Directors Test Completed Ahead of Chelsea Takeover
NICK EMMS • MAY 3, 2022
The Premier League Owners and Directors Test for Todd Boehly's consortium has been completed ahead of their takeover at Chelsea, according to reports.
This comes after the group were named as the preferred bidder by Raine Group and are now in exclusive talks with Chelsea over the takeover.
As per Rob Draper, the Owners & Directors test on Todd Boehly’s consortium has been completed by the Premier League.
This comes after Sir Jim Ratcliffe made his bid official, but Raine Group were reportedly unaware of the details of the British billionaire's offer as they sent Boehly's group into the next round, which included exclusive talks with the club and submitting their details for Premier League approval.
It is thought that the process will be relatively simple for Boehly's consortium now, who should pass the check with ease.

However, despite this both Sir Martin Broughton and Stephen Pagliuca's consortiums have been kept on standby and may be called upon if Boehly's group fails in their background checks.
Boehly and groups who were part of the formal bidding process already met with fan groups and former Blue Paul Canoville, as they carried out due diligence and met with several stakeholders in the drawn out process.
It is now likely that two separate licences would ultimately be issued by the government.
One of these licences would be to to implement the transaction itself, and the other to release the proceeds of the sale, which is likely to go to a charity supporting victims of the war in Ukraine at Roman Abramovich's request.
The sale must be completed by May 31st, when the current licence expires.

Chelsea Inform Government of Desire to Restructure Sale to Pay-Off Abramovich Debt
NICK EMMS • MAY 3, 2022
Chelsea have told the government that they want to restructure the way the club is being sold to repay debts despite Roman Abramovich previously writing these off.
It was previously reported that a deal was set to be made between Abramovich and the DCMS in order for the £1.5 billion in debt at Chelsea to be written off and put into equity .
As per the Times, Chelsea have told the government that they want to restructure the way the club is being sold.
The report states that the Bleus wish to change the structure of the sale to include paying off the debt from Chelsea’s parent company Fordstam Ltd to a Jersey-based company Camberley International Investments.
However, there are 'big concerns' about allowing that to happen as Abramovich has been sanctioned and has had his assets frozen.

The government had been under the impression that all proceeds from the sale would be given over to the government to be used for good causes such as helping victims of the Ukraine war.
This comes as Todd Boehly's party were named by Raine as the preferred bidder, with Sir Martin Broughton's consortium missing out, but the groups were only informed by the change in regards to debt days before the annoucnement.
Boehly's consortium has a week to finalise the paperwork and agree a deal to become the next owner.
More will become clear in the coming week as Boehly's group enter exclusive talks ahead of a potential takeover, with the structure of the debt repayment yet to be finalised.

The 29-year-old, who has contributed 30 goals, has been a huge propeller in Liverpool’s bid for a quadruple of trophies this season.
He picks up the FWA gong for the second time, having become the first African to win the award in 2018.
For the women’s category, Chelsea’s Sam Kerr was voted the best player of the year.
The Australian took 40 percent of the vote with Arsenal’s Vivianne Miedema in second place and Lauren Hemp of Manchester City in third.
Kerr netted 18 goals to help Chelsea top the Women’s Super League table.
Carrie Brown, chair of FWA, described the duo of winners as “leaders and standard-bearers of excellence at their clubs and respective leagues.”
“Both Mo and Sam have been outstanding this season, breaking records for both club and country. As well as their performances on the pitch, they are leaders and standard-bearers of excellence at their clubs and respective leagues,” she said.

Reactions As Reece James Was Caught Asking Ronaldo For His Shirt During The Game At Old Trafford
opera.com
Following Manchester United's 1-1 draw against Chelsea on Thursday night, fans believe Reece James asked Cristiano Ronaldo for his shirt.
Ronaldo scored his 17th Premier League goal of the season two minutes later, canceling out Marcos Alonso's opener and preventing United from losing for the third time in a row.
Meanwhile, James was named Man of the Match at Old Trafford for his outstanding performance as a right wing-back.
He had the most touches, crosses, and tackles in the game, and he came close to completing an impressive performance late on with a left-footed effort that smacked the post.
However, James' actions in the 76th minute were also noticed by fans. While speaking with Ronaldo, the England defender was spotted with his fingers interlaced around his lips.
After that, the five-time Ballon d'Or winner appeared to assure James that he agreed and that there was no problem. And practically everyone agreed that Ronaldo's shirt was at the center of the argument.
Despite being a Chelsea supporter, the 22-year-old idolized Ronaldo and said in a Twitter Q&A that he'd want to play with him.
Fans confirm their conversation by saying this:

Who is behind the consortium?
The group’s move came when the 86-year-old Swiss billionaire Hansjörg Wyss went public with his interest in buying Chelsea from Roman Abramovich. Wyss said he was working with other investors and it soon transpired that the figure fronting the bid was Todd Boehly, an American who part-owns the LA Dodgers baseball team. Boehly, who co-founded Eldridge Industries, is worth an estimated $4.5bn and his interest in Chelsea has not come out of nowhere: he had a bid rejected by Abramovich in 2019.
Nothing has been left to chance this time and Boehly has been chosen as the preferred bidder for Chelsea despite a late bid from Sir Jim Ratcliffe. Investors include Jonathan Goldstein, a British businessman who is the CEO of Cain International and a Tottenham fan, and Boehly’s fellow Dodgers owner Mark Walter. There is also backing from the US investment firm Clearlake Capital. Daniel Finkelstein, a Tory peer and Times columnist, and Barbara Charone, a celebrity publicist, will become non-executive directors if the deal goes through. The consortium has received advice from Robey Warshaw, where the former chancellor George Osborne works.
It is anticipated that Boehly would be the most influential figure in the running of Chelsea, with Wyss more in the background. Boehly has a long history of working with Goldstein, a lawyer who has been a major player in the property world, and with Walter.
What has Boehly done at the Dodgers?
It seemed that Stan Kroenke was going to buy the Dodgers for £900m 10 years ago, only for Boehly’s group to stun the Arsenal owner by bidding £1.3bn for the franchise. It was a huge statement of intent and Boehly, who studied at the London School of Economics and is a part-owner of the Los Angeles Sparks women’s basketball team, has since shown plenty of ambition. There has been steady investment in the Dodgers and they claimed the World Series in 2020 , which suggests that Boehly would be focused on winning at Chelsea.

Are there any potential hitches?
The emergence of interest from Ratcliffe throws up the possibility of a late U-turn by Abramovich. No other bidders remain in the running. None of the investors in the Boehly consortium have stakes in rival football clubs and there are no political controversies attached to the bid.
Will the approach be different from Abramovich’s?
Do not expect Boehly’s group to protect Chelsea’s position by giving them £1.5bn in loans. There is likely to be a desire to make the club self-sufficient and the days of spending £200m on signings in one summer could be over, although that does not necessarily mean that Chelsea will no longer be able to challenge for major honours. They have become one of the biggest brands in the world and could arguably do with a different approach off the pitch.
A ruthless culture of hiring and firing managers has been the norm under Abramovich, but the new hierarchy should be looking to build around Thomas Tuchel and give him more control over recruitment. This could be good for the German. Tuchel has enjoyed working with the influential director, Marina Granovskaia, and the technical and performance adviser, Petr Cech, who should stay, but change in the boardroom could make him even more powerful.
Are there plans to renovate Stamford Bridge?
This will be key to boosting Chelsea’s finances. Stamford Bridge has a 42,000 capacity and is smaller than Arsenal’s, Tottenham’s and West Ham’s grounds. A stand-by-stand renovation is one possible solution. Moving would be fraught with difficulties because the freehold is held by the non-profit plc, Chelsea Pitch Owners (CPO).
Will there be supporter engagement?
All bidders have had to engage in dialogue with the CPO and the Chelsea Supporters’ Trust, but it remains to be seen if there will be a golden share for fans.
What issues need to be resolved?
The new owners will need to provide Tuchel with funds to the plug the gaps in his defence. Antonio Rüdiger has decided to join Real Madrid on a free and Barcelona are expected to sign Andreas Christensen when the Denmark centre-back’s contract expires at the end of the season. Barça also retain an interest in César Azpilicueta, who could be allowed to leave despite Chelsea triggering an automatic one-year extension in their captain’s deal.
The upheaval could leave Tuchel with Thiago Silva, Malang Sarr and Trevoh Chalobah as his only senior centre-backs. Levi Colwill could step up after a fine loan spell at Huddersfield but more experience is required.
Are there problems in other positions?
The owners will need to get to work quickly. They must start negotiations with Mason Mount, whose deal runs out in two years, and consider whether alterations are required in midfield. Decisions will need to be made over N’Golo Kanté and Jorginho, with both midfielders out of contract next year. Is now the time to sell one of them given that Conor Gallagher is returning from his loan at Crystal Palace?
As for the attack, Chelsea must also decide whether to cut their losses on Romelu Lukaku. The striker has not settled since his £97.5m move from Internazionale last summer and does not appear to suit Tuchel’s style.
Is it time to sell one of Jorginho (left) and N’Golo Kanté? Photograph: Catherine Ivill/Getty Images
Will they be active in the transfer market?
Chelsea will need to replace Christensen and Rüdiger, and are likely to revive their interest in Sevilla’s Jules Koundé. Leicester’s Wesley Fofana and RB Leipzig’s Josko Gvardiol are also being monitored, and Atlético Madrid’s José Giménez has been targeted in the past.
There is an opportunity to freshen up the squad. West Ham’s Declan Rice remains a target in midfield, though Monaco’s Aurélien Tchouaméni would be easier to buy. Similarly the Lille forward Jonathan David could be more affordable than Benfica’s Darwin Núñez, although incomings in attack could depend on sales. There are doubts over Lukaku, Christian Pulisic, Timo Werner and Hakim Ziyech.

Todd Boehly's Consortium Wins Race to Buy Chelsea as Preferred Bidder Named
MATT DEBONO • APR 29, 2022
The Todd Boehly consortium has been named as the preferred bidder to buy Chelsea, it has been confirmed.
Stephen Pagliuca's group were the first to be informed that they had been removed from the process and their bid had been rejected.
Sir Martin Broughton's team were also informed they had not been successful amid Sir Jim Ratcliffe's 11th-hour £4.25 billion bid for Chelsea on Friday morning.
The Wall Street Journal reported that the Boehly team had entered exclusive talks to acquire the club which suggested they had won the three-horse race.
And it has now been confirmed after they were informed of the news by the Raine Group, the US merchant bank overseeing the sale of the club, that they had been successful.

After the club was put up for sale on March 2 by Roman Abramovich, the Boehly consortium is now one step closer to being the new owners of Chelsea.
They have been given several days, as reported by Sky, to enter an exclusivity period which will give them the chance to make further strides to completing their bid to take the keys at Stamford Bridge.
Now they will be taken to the Government for approval ahead of the licence, which is currently due to expire on May 31, being changed to allow the football club to be sold.
Once the Government has given it the green light, they will then undergo the Premier League Owners' and Directors' Test before the sale is formally completed.

Sports / Chelsea Handed A Huge Injury Boost Ahead Of Everton Trip by nyechigozini(m): 6:30pm On Apr 29, 2022
Thomas Tuchel has been handed a timely boost ahead of Chelsea's trip to Everton this weekend, with Andreas Christensen, Ross Barkley and Mateo Kovacic all returning to first-team training, having recovered from their respective illnesses and injuries.
Christensen was absent for the win over West Ham United on Sunday and didn't travel with the Blues squad for last night's 1-1 draw against Manchester United at Old Trafford, a game that Barkley was also ruled out for. Kovacic, meanwhile, has been absent since he was forced off with an ankle ligament injury during Chelsea's FA Cup semi-final win over Crystal Palace.
There were concerns that Kovacic, who has been Tuchel's standout midfielder this term, would miss the FA Cup final against Liverpool next month and spend the rest of the campaign on the sidelines. Thankfully for Chelsea, that hasn't proved the case with the Croatia international back in training today.
READ MORE: Every word Thomas Tuchel said on Frank Lampard admiration, Saul future, James, Chelsea team news
Christensen, Barkley and Kovacic were involved in the training session that took place at Cobham today with the players who didn't start against United. Those who did undertook recovery work in the gym at Chelsea's training base, where Ben Chilwell continues his recovery from knee ligament surgery.
The draw claimed at Old Trafford last night means Chelsea needs just six more points to secure their place in the Premier League top four and Champions League football for next season. So there is unlikely to be any easing off at Goodison Park against an Everton side that sit in the relegation zone under Frank Lampard.
"We need the points, and they need the points urgently as well," Tuchel said
ahead of the game on Sunday . "It is an exciting week for me personally. I love to play at Old Trafford, and everybody tells me about the atmosphere at Goodison Park, how emotional and how tough it is to play there. These are two nice fixtures, what it is all about. I am excited to go there, and we expect a tough fight."
The match will see Lampard – Chelsea's all-time leading scorer and a club legend – go up against the side he coached prior to Tuchel taking charge in January 2021. And the German admits he is looking forward to meeting the man he replaced at Stamford Bridge. "He sent me a very kind, respectful message after I took over at Chelsea – that meant a lot," Tuchel said.
"I was a huge fan of him as a player, and he is – and will remain – a legend at our club. This is a given. I was very happy when he wrote me that message, it was very gentlemanly.
"We didn't have the chance to go out and have lunch, and he also took the chance to go and take charge of Everton. He took an assistant from us, Joe Edwards, and were not so happy! Just joking. We will meet some friendly faces [on Sunday] with Joe and Ashley Cole, and Frank, who I have never met in person. I will love to meet him."

Thomas Tuchel Admits Frustration at Chelsea Draws to Everton, Burnley & Man United

NICK EMMS • APR 29, 2022

Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel has admitted his frustration at his side's draws in matches they dominated against Everton, Burnley and Manchester United.
Cristiano Ronaldo cancelled out Marcos Alonso's opener to see the match end as a draw despite Chelsea dominating with chances created, shots and possession .
Speaking to Chelsea's 5th Stand app after the match, Tuchel admitted he is frustrated with the sheer number of matches that his side have dominated but ended up dropping points.
The most notable are four 1-1 draws to Manchester United (twice), Burnley and Everton.
Chelsea currently sit 14 points behind league leaders Manchester City, with the additional eight points from the dropped games enough to still give Tuchel's side a glimmer of hope in any title race.

However, they were not clinical enough in any of the matches which Tuchel refers to as he spoke post-match against Man United.
He said: "We had too many matches where we drew this season. Even earlier in the season - Burnley, Everton. We clearly deserve more out of these. It's on us. We should take what is deserved."
However, this is not the sole reason that the German head coach believes Chelsea are not involved in the title race as he continued to say: " The big difference is Man City and Liverpool, in these moments, a full squad available and we struggled with Covid periods and long-term injuries. This is more decisive than the other thing."
The Blues boss finalised by highlighting the importance of Reece James and admitting he is surprised Chelsea are as high as third during his absence this season.
"When I see today Reece James play and we missed him for 12 weeks, I am very impressed we are still in the top three."
