Exactly! For instance, I paid about 1.35m for my Qatar Airways flight from Lagos to London via Doha, knowing that I'd obviously be getting much more value for my money by flying with Qatar Airways compared to Air Peace, even though I had the option of purchasing a cheaper flight ticket from Air Peace costing about 1.3m. 1.35m isn't even bad sef when the likes of BA and Virgin Atlantic are still charging 1.6m+ for a round-trip.

Type your letter in an A4 sheet.
Including your personal information, passport number, the GWF application number and your date of birth and your email at he top of the letter.

Put your name and address at the top right corner and then put the Home Office Address at the left side.
Of course you know the format of a formal letter.

The address is:

Dear Sir/Madam

Then you put the title or heading of the letter in block letter or capital letter.

Craft your letter to be direct and precise, your bank statement of 1500 is too much you would have added it.

You can add documents you go from your bank or any explanation that would help.
Then put your name and use your blue pen to sign.
The letter should be typed. But sign with your hand.
But the letter inside the envelope, then go to your DHL office near you and send to that address, when I did mine it was around N64,000 not that long ago.
You will surely get a response before a month, they will take it to their office and someone will read it and then will send you a mail. Make sure you are most convincing and put proof, don’t be emotional, it’s a formal letter, be direct.

It’s time you face the UKVI, send them email.
If you have spare money, draft a letter and send to home office via DHL those ones control UKVI.
That’s what worked for me oooo. I’ll advise anyone to do it, your own case is even more serious, so take it seriously.
Give a detailed letter to every error they made, they are humans and they can reverse course.
Take your time and draft your emails and letters and send to them, you will surely get a response.
Compile both statements and attach it.

Except you did not PDF each document and saved with different file names, they will never do what you just alleged that they take one document and add to another

I submitted 3 different accounts

1 company (separate file)
1 company (separate file)
1 savings personal (separate file)

All labelled separately in separate file names in 3 attachments in PDF, that they cant mix up

If you merged two accounts together in a single file, then you are to blame or the VFS/TLS that scanned for you.

It is your duty to package yourself very well

Please explain why you think any of the above is necessary? Why does the bank need to reach out to you again if they are contacted by an embassy to confirm bank statements?

What is your account officer’s palava in your bank statement? She is extremely slow and does not act promptly- I do not understand.. please provide clarity.

In the meantime, make an official complaint first and foremost to Providus bank via their official communication channels and cc all the CBN complaints emails in all your correspondence.

It is their property, they do not give it out.
The onus on him now is to prove beyond reasonable doubt that this was an error by them and their checks were not properly done, the ban could then be converted to a refusal or re adjudicated abinitio.

They say they contacted Providus bank and Providus bank told them that what they have is different from your records. Is this part true? This is why they have said your statement is non genuine. Are parts untrue?
Your account officer is likely not the one that was contacted it would be the Head office.

I have a previous UK refusal, maybe that's the reason for the delay. I'm assuming they need more time for extensive checks.
