I think it's not proper to use a lower time frame to negate a higher time frame analysis. Within a higher time frame perspective for let's say buy, there would HV been many sell scalpers who would have made millions using a lower time frame.

I think the bulls are not yet done, as Investors are expecting PPI and retail sales to come out lower as CPI did yesterday, if it does come out we could potentially see a continuation of the bullish momentum to the upside. I believe CPI has created a snowball effect on these markets, and we can see that gold so far has continued it's bullish momentum, I will be looking for an opportunity to join the bulls on gold and indices by 2.30pm with low risk if it's in line with my strategy, otherwise I'm on the sidelines.

Note: I may be absolutely wrong and market may rubbish my analysis, only proper risk management will safe me if I'm definitely wrong...

If you are marking up charts and not executing, you are moving backwards.
Wins and loses are randomly distributed, which means if the ones you don't execute ends up being your profitable setups, chances are the ones you execute will be the losing trades.

Taking only losing trades will affect your confidence, which means you will not take subsequent trade that will end up being a winner...it's an endless loop.

Instead, reduce your risk and execute all your A+ setups.

As for me eh,I don give up on comp completely, it's keep getting harder to achieve a reasonable percentage to get you a prop account,mind you.
The average percentage of the first position was usually around 75-80% but now..hmmm..,might be around 150-200%.

You must get expo on the next huge movement before you can compete with these people.

yea it depends on the move of the market. But I always ask myself that these people don't have two heads ni. The only difference is they be using the highest lotsize to trade their strategies.

How.consistent they can be, I.don't know. But its interesting to know that this is achievable on forex. Like imagine they had a 100k live account, so they would have made over100 percent by just 15 days.

It's not village people....you just haven't backtested the system enough to have the confidence to trade it

Or perhaps you don't quite understand the chances of your setup being successful.

Solution:

trade synthetic indices or crypto in addition to fx ....sth that runs every day.

Those additional 2 days practice trading will make your decision making and risk taking on such patterns faster.
