It all depends on the option you are playing.

If you play 3 WAY, then under 4 is a lost bet if there are 4 cards/corners/goal. To win under 4 cards/corners/goals in this option you need 3 cards/corners/goals, to win over 4 cards/corners/goals, you need 5 cards/corners/goals.

The only time you win if there are 4 cards/corners/goals is when you choose "EXACTLY 4" in the " 3 WAY" option which is UNDER 4, EXACTLY 4, OVER 4.

But in the "2 WAY" option if you picked UNDER 4 or OVER 4 cards/corners/goals, and there was only 4 cards/corners/goals, your bet will be voided, and stake returned.

Over 4 and Over 4.5 is the same on 1xbet it’s only different when you are playing UNDER.
If u play over 4 goals for example if they scored exactly 4 goals your bet is lost, u need 5 goals in the match to win so I prefer to play over 4.5 to over 4 cos d odds is bigger and both needs same outcome
But Under 4 and Under 4.5 is different, if your pick is Under 4 if exactly 4 goals are scored, bet is void and your stake is refunded, but if it’s Under 4.5 then you win

So for both game highlighted above you need nothing less than 5cards to win cos there is no such thing as void game when you play over
PS: before u quote to tell me I am wrong, I am speaking from experience I have played over 2 corners and lost the bet because the total number of corners was 2
