Hello house, please has anyone who did biometrics on September 7th 2021 for visitors visa (standard) received any collection mail?
I already sent a paid email and they replied its been escalated and they also replied that it's taking longer than necessary because of they have high demand of visas globally.
Just wondering because I noticed on here that some people that did biometrics on the 6th of September have gotten theirs..
