The government should have first built huge apartment blocks to resettle these residents, that way there would be less resistance to these demolitions. |
How?😏 989900: |
What happened? 😕 Pain-ubu !!😒 |
Sure banker that he wins seat. Ndi Ebonyi consider Umahi as their messiah. |
Dey play! Pain-ubu is America's puppet, Trump is in Nigeria to prop him up and safeguard him from being overthrown in a military coup. US intervention has nothing to do with bandits or insecurity. Do you really believe Trump cares about insecurity in Nigeria? Of course not, insecurity in Africa serves The USA and America actually funds and arms terrorists all over Africa . |
Excellent initiative. 1. Motivates staff 2. Saves them transport money 3. Improves health and fitness of staff. 4. Establishes, increases or encourages a market for bicycles and with it bicycle manufacturing and repair industry. I would be disappointed if every federal and state ministry in the country don't copy this initiative. |
Abacha, my hero! |
Just for perspective, that's about #15bn. So was this in the budget?🤔 |
Game shop? As in betting? PulaPower: |
Pain-ubu is Nigeria's problem. |
She may have had fibroids but the fibroids may not have been the cause of the abdominal pain and the fobroid removal surgery may not have been the treatment she required. She may have been suffering from a condition called endometriosis. Which may or not require surgery. Cmanforall: |
Many of these private hospitals are very dangerous, because their focus on profit is so strong that patient care and recovery is not prioritized. Before agreeing to the surgery it is important to do the research on the hospital and the surgeon's track record with that type of surgery. Maybe visit their page on IG and note what their customers or patients are commenting. |
You should rather say Umahi is not Fashola because we know Buhari governed the country far better than Tinubu is doing. Slurity: |
I agree, the culprit should have been dismissed immediately; Perhaps the minister is compelled to follow some civil service due process for discipline and dismissal of civil servants that makes immediate dismissal impossible. I think the contractor should also face immediate sack and prosecution. Interesting that the contractor is Chinese because it is no secret that had this occurred in China, both contractor and the ministry staff involved could be facing a death sentence . Kalulu44: |
Obasanjo took Nigeria back by at least 30years during his 8 years as president. In saner climes the baba would be living out his remaining years in prison. But in Nigeria the criminal is moving around all over the place making useless speeches upandan. 😒 |
It's not the role of police to fight banditry and terrorists, they can do it when they encounter bandits but it is not their primary role or something they are fully trained for. Kobranet123: |
I just watched the video but saw no evidence of abuse. All I saw was 3 men who were not being fully cooperative and two officers trying to hold on to one of them who was being emotional, and appeared to be trying to get back into the driver's seat of a vehicle. How does that amount to police abusing travellers? |
Correct. It is provided for free but if the law firm win in court, judge would order the losing party to pay the cost of the Pro Bono law firm. LeeSmart: |
Why pay them in Naira when most of them live and work overseas? This isn't first time bonuses has been paid, vit must have been established by now that bonuses for tournaments are paid in dollars. nairalanda1: |
Painubu needs to use their bonus for his 2027 election bid😏 |
Painubu on the beat! 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄. And Superfalcons think he would gift them #150m each ? |
When Painubu was promising Super Falcons #150m and apartment each as gifts, I said that those ladies would never see a kobo of the promised money. I mean is it not Painubu we know that made the promise? 😒. Now the same Painubu that promised to gift Superfalcons billions, is failing to pay bonuses to Super Eagles whilst they competing in AFCON tournament.🙄 |
Correct me if I am wrong, Pro Bono service is only free if the law firm fails to win the court case. So this basket of tomatoes is likely an unexpected gift which is unrelated to their fees. LeeSmart: |
Stop taking those stupid tests. Our ancestors managed to have their marriages for thousands of years without such test. Even today if you observe well you can realise that such tests are never a prerequisite for traditional marriage ceremonies. Many countries in Africa , Carribbean and black populations all over the world have been getting married and thriving without needing the fraudulent tests. |
At 37 it won't be easy for his body to fully heal enough to fight at world title level within the next 3 years by which time he would 40. But if Jake Paul wants a rematch give AJ about 3 months notice. ![]() |
Feminism is destroying society! oz4real83: |
So you think Trump cares about insecurity in Nigeria? The same Trump deporting Nigerians upandan?😂; Make una learn read the room na! Trump is in Nigeria to protect Tinubu from being overthrown in any military coup that the military may be planning. Also Nigeria is a strategic location for an American military base from where the Alliance of Sahel states can be monitored, destablised or even possibly invaded to affect regime change. Tayorshd87: |
Let's wait for the outcome of the investigation. TheGreat99: |
First, let me say this is a tragedy and RIP to the boy. The reporting and story appears very one-sided, as it does not say whether they are reporting eye witness account, or the account of the other sibling (boy's sister). The matter, I read is being investigated by the military police, it is best to wait for the results of their investigation before commenting. Until then, I would just suggest that it is never wise or safe under any circumstances to curse or throw insults at an armed soldier or any armed person for that matter. |
Blockade has been lifted. |
The same Sowore that went to Abuja streets to protest to demand freedom for IPOB ESN leader Nnamdi. The same Sowore that ran for his life at mere sound of teargas being fired during the protest. 😂 |
