Many of these private hospitals are very dangerous, because their focus on profit is so strong that patient care and recovery is not prioritized.
Before agreeing to the surgery it is important to do the research on the hospital and the surgeon's track record with that type of surgery.
Maybe visit their page on IG and note what their customers or patients are commenting.

I agree, the culprit should have been dismissed immediately; Perhaps the minister is compelled to follow some civil service due process for discipline and dismissal of civil servants that makes immediate dismissal impossible.

I think the contractor should also face immediate sack and prosecution. Interesting that the contractor is Chinese because it is no secret that had this occurred in China, both contractor and the ministry staff involved could be facing a death sentence .

I just watched the video but saw no evidence of abuse. All I saw was 3 men who were not being fully cooperative and two officers trying to hold on to one of them who was being emotional, and appeared to be trying to get back into the driver's seat of a vehicle.

I don't think there is anything to investigate here. If the soldier claims to have been attacked by the boy, which is the highest he can claim, the best thing to do was to disarm him. It's a 13 year old boy for Christ sake

First,let me say this is a tragedy and RIP to the boy.

The reporting and story appears very one-sided, as it does not say whether they are reporting eye witness account, or the account of the other sibling (boy's sister).

The matter, I read is being investigated by the military police, it is best to wait for the results of their investigation before commenting.

Until then, I would just suggest that it is never wise or safe under any circumstances to curse or throw insults at an armed soldier or any armed person for that matter.
