It depends on whether the people welcome the coup or not. If a government is considerate of the people and their welfare, people would likely reject a coup otherwise they might welcome the coup.

The rising number of coups in West Africa may indicate that democracy is not working as it should and not serving the people.

I approve this coup because it's most likely to be in the best interest of the country because I can see AU and ECOWAS are opposing.

If Tinubu was not so nepotistic he would have started work on 4 sections of the project simultaneously.

With each section targeting 175km to be completed in 4 years meaning the entire 700km could be finished in 4years.

But he is making very slow progress (6% completion after 2years) whilst focusing almost exclusively all expenditure so far on SW zone. At current rate of progress, the road would take over 30years to be completed. Because it is very probable Tinubu has diverted some of the funds to his personal pocket.
