The truth remains that you can’t save your life to Wealth. He said he still live to regret it but he promised to tell the story to any passionate young men around him.

I was in a conversation with a very dear person with me yesterday and as you always know we are discussing about nothing but REAL ESTATE and other Business Opportunities.Firstly I don’t believe people loose , I believe you either WIN or LEARN. From our conversation, I told him to come and invest in Real Estates and he started telling me he has invested a lot but the ROI is poor, that he is not making the money he invested, I smiled and trust me, I asked him, where are the places you made this investment, who is managing it, who counseled you , one thing we fail to apply often time is the rule of DIVISION OF LABOR , we abuse it .The Job of your Lawyer is different, from your Engineer, now let me shock you, do you know your Real Estate consultant can serve you in all this aspect in a quota ? from the answers he gave , I deduce that it’s not every opportunities you dive into, yes it might be cheap , it might be a DISTRESS SALE but how am I going to get my returns on investment, if you bring such properties to me, I don’t just jump into it and buy while there are questions I need ask myself, for instance if someone is selling a cheap land to me because he has financial Constraints, my first question will be what other way can he raise that money in form of Collateral, so why is he not going that way , I believe there is no Free lunch even in FREETOWN. Where you sow your Real Estate Seeds matters a lot , don’t sow it on a path that it can be trampled underfoot, like Government taking back your land , Omo -Onile Wahala, always endeavors to sow it on the good soil where it can yield Hundred Folds and when you are doing this remember “A MAN CANNOT SIT ALONE TO PLAN PROSPERITY “. Making money requires a lot of mental diligence, so I respect and value how you invest it, it’s not always the size of the seed but how fertile the land or the environment appropriate for the seed .Do you read the last statement,It said “he who has ear,to hear, let him hear”.

But a particular day I met a woman why I went for a Church Business Seminar and I asked her do you have a piece of the earth and she said yes, I said oh that’s great, where and WHY DID YOU BUY A REAL ESTATE?

She said a lot of things but at the end she concluded with this saying well I believe is God that wants me to buy it with sigh �. I smiled and I said who advised you, she said no one , often times I have realized that people make mistakes basically in there real Estate deals because they lack the right counsel, if you have the right counsel you won’t be victim of Omo-Onile, if you have the right counsel you won’t buy the wrong properties.
