Laurie Whitwell: As per others, talks over Dean Henderson joining Nottingham Forest on loan are progressing positively.

Henderson needs regular football and David de Gea is set as No 1 at MUFC.

Fabrizio Romano: Vitinha deal. Paris Saint-Germain are closing on final details with FC Porto after agreement on personal terms with Vitinha and his agents.

Manchester United have never been interested in Vitinha. No bid, no talks and not mentioned internally by Erik ten Hag.

Fabrizio Romano: Manchester United and Barça, still in direct contact for Frenkie de Jong. Deal still on, his salary will be really huge next season - this is the main problem for Barça.

€60m plus €10m bid turned down last week - Barça want €85m fee. Frenkie, still calm & waiting.

James Ducker: Manchester United have made an offer to Christian Eriksen. Spurs, Newcastle also interested. Brentford remain keen to extend his stay. Eriksen says he’s in no rush to decide his future & will carefully weigh up his next move. United’s priority remains Frenkie de Jong.
