Loaning of players na scam. Most young prospects that are very good and the club see a future in them don't always get loaned because the best place to develop them is in the club. The ones that are seen as below average are the ones that clubs loan out and gets sold from there.

If you have a greenwood, kind of talent, no coach will sanction to loan him out. The likes of Pedri, Ansu Fati at Barca, Foden at City, Greenwood , Rashford at United don't get loaned out. Such players are allowed to develop within the club system.

Just like how Ole saw a future in Greenwood because if how good he was then and blooded him in little by little, he'll do the same with Elanga and Shoretire. Those two are very good and I doubt any manager will loan them out under any circumstance

I agree with you 100%. If you're talented and trusted, you won't be loaned out. We had options to loan out Amad last Season, we didn't, coz he's trusted as a top talent.

Levitt and Garner have gone Loans and return, yet no hope of them being part of first Team this Season. I'll rather keep them with U23 Team than loaning them out.

How many Chelsea Academy Players made it to first Team? Make dem keep them with first Team, dem go have shots at League Cup Matches.

Elanga and those other bums won’t make it. They are not even as talented as Angel Gomes and Gomes has since been discarded to Lille.

Ain't sure you're following Academy Players. Elanga, Hannibal, Shoretire are top talents. Shoretire is 17yrs, yet he had 2 Assists so far...... in 2 Preseason Matches.

The Trio I mentioned have future at United as Rashford, Greenwood and Co.

If we get Haaland i would switch Sancho to the left and keep Greenwood on the right, at least to start the season. However i don't think we are in for Haaland. This is probably Dortmund or Raiola trying to hurry Chelshit up.

I don't think Elanga is ready yet. He can stay around until January but ultimately i think he needs 12 months on loan playing football on a regular basis.

OGS wanna keep Elanga with first Team this Season, apparently we ain't gonna sign any Striker again. I don't really fancy loan to be honest. Andreas has been loaned out so many times, yet he never shows any kinda progress.

Greenwood, Rashford, McTominay and so on didn't go any loan, yet flourishing with first Team.

I think it's time to bin both Martial and Pogba. Bin both at once and use their Returns to get Haaland. Pogba is likely to run down his Contract. He seems his mind is firmly set on leaving to join Madrid or PSG, why forcing him to stay?

We should get a CDM and hope on VDB to offer something better to the Squad this Season. Elanga can easily make Martial Memory fades away.
