femianski: this one that yeye teams are going to represent Africa at world Cup hope they won't embarrass Africa there There is no more yeye Team in Africa Dude. Any Team that makes it to the Mundial deserves it. The first Experience of Senegal at the Mundial was a Success. Pls don't underestimate any Team in the Continent at the Moment. CPV beat SA Home and Away with the same Scoreline..... I think they've proven they ain't a yeye Team. |

Kog45: My man i don't talk just to argue but to share ideas and to learn from it but with present fullbacks Aina w breakfast into d team, pls take it to d bank. If genuinely we also argue to learn as you asserted, then I think its better to avoid being embarrassed at the Bank with the lame Submission you gave on Aina inclusion in the starting XI. Reel out Facts and Figures to prove your Point Sir. That's the best way to pass Knowledge in my Opinion. Be scientific with your Analysis, we are in the modern, thus Tales of Moonlight doesn't win argument anymore. |

Kog45: Pls read my comment very well and it's simple to understand.
I said if not for late switched Aina w walk straight into first XI,does that mean i condemn Shehu or his performance, for now it w take a solid performance from Aina to bench Shehu and Shehu too must keep on working hard.
On issue has he represent Eagles before for him to bench Shehu. Pls when u see talent u don't care whether he has represent his country before or not, whereas we are all complaining about our RB and LB before Shehu superlative performance against Cameroon. Can you pls expatiate on the bold parts?! Who is he really gonna replace in the Lineup..... Shehu or Echiejile?! Also, what makes Aina better than the present Fullbacks in the Team?! Has he played at the International Level - Experience?! Can he withstand the Physicality of African Football?! Moreso.... you can't compare Club Football with International Football. You might be balling at the Club level but fail woefully when representing a Country. There are many cases there. |

PDPGuy: So, a 4-2-3-1 would look like:
----Shehu----Ekong---Balogun---Aina----
---------------Onazi---Ndidi--------------
--------------------Mikel----------------
------------V. Moses---Iwobi(Iheanacho)-------
-----------------Ighalo (Kayode)----------- Aina is untested at the International Level, hence I can't give him a Nod ahead of Echiejile. He has not even earned his Debut yet, perhaps we gonna see him play during the Friendly Matches before the Tournament. Until he plays and we see his Performances as either a RB or a LB, he shouldn't be promoted to the starting XI yet. Also, we don't need to forcefully inject Iheanacho or Iwobi in the starting XI. Simeon Moses is still the most preferred on the LW by the Coach. We need pace on the Wings which I believe gives S. Moses an Edge ahead of Iheanacho or Iwobi. Besides, Iheanacho is better as a SS or a ST, playing him on the Wing would limit his Impact on the Pitch. Iwobi can play as LW, but I still prefer S. Moses ahead of him for now. Note: both Moses are Comfortable on the either Wings which makes it easier for them to swap Positions without causing a Hitch in the Setup. |

Kog45: There is one thing i want people to know,Aina is highly rated by Rohr and if not for late paper switched,d guy suppose to be in d starting eleven against Cameroon in d first leg, though Shehu had a great game and he should keep it up,any slip Aina w grab it,also Echiejele should watch his back coz d guy is also comfortable as LB,his availability is a good omen and it w bring healthy rivalry in d team. Why do we want Shehu out of the first XI for goodness sake?! What Crime did he commit?! Aina is comfortable also as a LB, but we ain't talking about him replacing Echiejile. Why?! Shehu is solid offensively as well as defensively for the Team. He's covering his Position excellently but Aina that has not represented Eagles at any Level must replace him?! |

The best Formation for Eagles is either 4-2-3-1 or 4-3-3. The other Formation we can play with this present Squad is 4-4-2. |

PDPGuy: With Iwobi in the line up, a 3-5-2 (or 3-4-1-2 could work:
--------Shehu----Ekong---Balogun-----
---V.Moses---Ndidi--Mikel----Onazi---
-----------------Iwobi---------------
-------------Ighalo---Iheanacho/Kayode--- If we play this Formation against even Lebanon or India, we gonna chop like 5 Goals to Nil. Shehu is a utility Player but can he play CB?! Onazi as a Wing-Back? Has he ever played the Position?! Dude.... you need to ask Arsenal Players what they suffered at Amfield. If at all we gonna play 3-4-1-2, then I will go with the below Lineup ......Awaziem........Balogun..........Ekong....... Moses......... Onazi...........Mikel.............Aina .......................Iheanacho......................... ............ Ighalo.................Kayode.............. Iheanacho is a creative Player with good Eye for decisive Passes as evident in his Days at the age-grade Competitions. Playing him behind the two Strikers will give him freedom to roam, create and score Goals. |

I think next time Aina might be considered I see those two Aina and Ebuehi as players who are raring to go... any little opportunity they seize and wont let go Expect Echiejile to start the next Match too. tbaba1234: Onazi ran the Cameroonian midfield raged.. We defended very well from the midfield.
Same thing, we did not laugh the counters well but i can't fault the effort. It was almost an easy 1:0 win. Because Cameroon did not get close to scoring. Cameroon kept their Jokers on the Bench. When they came on its almost certain they would score. We secured the Point due to the resilient of the Players not the Game plan. |

Humility017: elderson's wing was the loophole in the defense... I just don't understand him I wouldn't blame the Coach for playing him ahead of Aina and Ebuehi too. He has seen him play for the SE and what we need at the moment is Experience not Experiment. |

hoopLA: You sabi that dullard well. His positioning has always been suspect. He can't tackle or go forward. Cameroon has To be very rubbish to not spot the apparent weakness and target it.
Is it that we can't find a better left back out of nearly 200 million people?
That goalkeeper and his melon head cost is maximum points though I'm sure a draw is a good result given that historically we tend to lose in that stadium in recent times.
Wonder why we gave up territorial dominance in the second half The Dude is a Twit. I hope his Replacement is sorted out in due Time. |

tbaba1234: We should have rapped up the game if not for some misses. The midfield defended well. They just did not make the right transitions. They weren't clear cut chances rather intelligent movements and plays by the Attackers. How many through passes were played from the Midfield in the whole 97mins? None! |

Mickael2: wait, in ten minutes you will see some people that watch the back of their tv showing up to condemn Shehu. For me the boy was the best player, I don't think he put a foot wrong. But whenever we bring up our RB, people tend to forget that the guy exists, if Aina and Shehu are in the same club, Shehu will give him a run for his money and I would start Shehu personally, he is more balanced defensively, I am not sure he got beaten once Except we hate seeing him in the Team, he's the best we've got as a RB at the moment. They tried to attack through his wing, he frustrated the Hell out of them. They switched to the LB.... Oh Lawd, Echiejile was a sour to the Eyes. He was skinned and feat on by the Cameroonian Winger. Thanks to Onazi who was covering for him and Balogun who's ready to face the next Challenge. |

Joebie: Playing to the game plan is perfectly.. We were meant to hit them on the counter and soak up the pressure Nah! It wasn't perfect. The Combo of Ekong and Balogun made it look like. The Midfield lost the Battle, couldn't win second Balls too. The Team was set to hit the Cameroonians on Counter, did we succeed?! Poor touches and passes in Midfield didn't make it work. BTW..... I really don't wish to argue on Team Performance rather to appreciate them all! |

Mickael2: me i wonder what their perfect performance is.
The point was that in the last game we were three goals up, they were down and out. But this was a balanced game, totally different and we were poor We were really poor in the Midfield to be candid. I can't blame Mikel though, he's unfit, exhausted but still play his Best. The best Players on the Field are Shehu, Ekong, Balogun and Ezenwa. Ezenwa dealt well with Set-pieces and aerial Challenges. Ekong and Balogun Combo was solid. Shehu was able to neutralize the Thread on his Part. I was expecting Rohr to sub in Ogu, he's physical and couldn't have helped. But all is all.... we should celebrate the Point. |

Joebie: Thank you.. Besides we were playing perfectly even after Mikel was subbed out in the previous match. I didn't even think Mikel was one of our top performers today. But glad I'm now confident that we will not be too comfortable with Ezenwa as our first choice Perfectly?! No! Nothing is perfect with the Performance, rather average. Also we shouldn't nail Ezenwa for the Penalty conceded, rather we should thank God that the Ref wasn't biased and decided to overlook some reckless Challenges that would have resulted in Pks. We should be happy we get a Point out of the Match. It worth celebrating! Ezenwa is ready, he has proven it and if the Coaches trust him, he earned it. |

Mickael2: Onazi-Ndidi still will not work going forward It's a poor Combo to be candid. They contributed nothing attack-wise in this Match and kinda porous too. I will rather suggest Rohr goes back to Onazi and Mikel Combo, then plays Iheanacho behind Ighalo. A Point worth celebrating though..... Kudos to the Lad, they did well! Big Thumb up to Ezenwa too, he wasn't fazed with the Calls and he delivered! |

raumdeuter: The Nigerian left back has been disappointing
The guy on the Cameroonian right wing is a left footer and the only thing he can do is to check back and shoot yet the left back is giving him space to the right He has been disappointing since time immemorial..... I really don't understand why he's still in the Team! |
