......the team ain't ready yet, and Amorim one-way traffic ain't helping either. Xabi has played 4 - 3 - 3, 4 - 4 - 2, 4 - 2 - 3 - 1 at Madrid and he has not a match.

As a young Manager, he doesn’t need to be rigid. He doesn’t need training players alone, he must learn to improving his coaching skills as well.

You can make 3 - 4 - 3 - 1 your primary formation, but atleast make changes whenever necessary.
