This is the normal cycle of electricity supply, by December- February, we'd be back to the low phase of the supply cycle. BTW, what's metrics on supply of pre-paid meters (we're short 2 pre-paid meters in my compound, and we've been promised delivery for ages), and how many communities in the country are still outside of the national grid?
