I didn't apply via their website I sent my documents to registrar office and I was sent email to write cbt

I'm currently facing a challenge now, I have a skyrun freezer working perfectly before but due to power outage in the last one week and the smell that oozes out of the freezer, I decided to open the door without closing it for up to a week" and now that power has been restored, it's not cooling again... all lights are on but it's not cooling
