As for laspotech,they discriminate second choice applicants when it come to admission,but to buy post jamb form and to do the exam,they don't disciminate second choice applicants,they will ask them to buy the post jamb form.i will advice u to concentrate more on ur first choice but that does not mean that u shuld not make an attempt for laspotech post utme,u can get the form and try ur luck,everytin change in dis world,laspotech can also change dis year,nobody can tells.
