this is myopic reasoning. the more u try to give tribal coloration to stuff like this the more u goof. The commissioners resigning now, the stupid house of assembly members that have now lost their seats and other rivers people that are on Wikes side, are they from south west? the APC rivers members now supporting wike, are they from south west?
Stop using battles of politicians to strain the already existing cracks along ethnic lines.

obviously and at this point i think the idiots online screaming Fubara betrayed WIke should keep their mouth shut now and forever. A man(governor with powers) worked with commissioners his godfather appointed for 1 year, even after those commissioners abused him and say they are loyal to the godfather not the governor. They revolted and resigned, they came back, the governor still accepted them. They all connived to have him impeached. THEY ARE STILL DOING THAT. And the title u online puppet can give the movie is BETRAYAL? For 1 good year, a man with full powers dalt with abuse, disrespect, and absolute lack of support from the people that are supposed to help him carry out his duties as a governor...now he puts his house in order after 1 year and una say e betray WIke.
You would prefer him to watch them continue and kick him out after they have hijacked everything from him? Kill his government and he will be d answerable to the people of the state... una dun craze for saying he betrayed wike (who is the master at the betrayal game n any case)

This is a very wrong construct. You are spinning this the wrong way. Have u listened to what WIke himself and his puppets have been saying. He wants to break my structure, YOu have to ask urself, what is the structure. His commissioners go on TV to abuse the person they are supposed to be working for, all saying they are loyal to WIke not the governor and u expect the governor to fold his arms? the dumb illiterates twenty something former assembly members loyal to WIke attempted to impeach the governor, he should still remember he was nobody and fold his arms because wike helped him become governor?
Now lets leave politics aside, and think like a normal human being, someone rule a state for 8 years, is currently a minister, already has 26 or so lawmakers loyal to him, majority of the commissioners loyal to him including key ministries like Justice, and you people are not disturbed? What normal human beings should be talking about is how Fubara let this go on for almost a year sef, he grew the balls too late.

Commissioners are actually drains on state coffers, Perm secs and Directors and other staff are sufficient to get the job done. The position of commissioner na just waste of resource, serving interests of political party members. They have their use politically too, but the job of serving the people in the best possible way devoid of political coloration is better understood by perm secs and ministry directors. Most times na them dey guide commissioners sef.
Running Commissioner's office will come with PA, SA, TA, running plenty vehicles and plenty other nonsense...for a job that the commissioner will still need to learn from perm sec and directors.

I know Portable is an idiot but this looks like an abuse of his rights. Debt issue is a civil case. Except there's another thing apart from the debt, why are u detaining a debtor.
