A guy just told me he received a call to come pickup an apl, he resides in ikorodu Lagos state.

I don't think that this info from your link is authentic.
For instance, I've not heard of anyone from Port Harcourt Centre that has been called yet not to talk of the South Eastern States.
My source link went to their office yesterday and he was told that we should exercise patience as they will surely contact us. That about 700 people are to be called!
