@awoll,

thanks for response. i have decided to appeal while my family members will apply afresh.

i am wondering if it better to submit to the ECM in Lagos or send to the AIT in UK. which did you do?

what are the chances of the ECM overturning the decision of the ECO in 9ja? anybody with any experience, please let me know. i intend to submit my application on friday.

hello good people,

i just stumbled onto this forum while searching for ideas on how to go about my UK Visa appeal process. me, my wife and two young daughters recently applied for UK Tourist Visas and were refused.

the reasons include that a birth certificate and family pix do not serve as enough evidence of family relationship, that my uncle in the UK who i said i would visit during my stay did not send sponsorship letter (after i had indicated that i was funding our trip and would stay in a hotel).

i was given a full right appeal but my wife and children were give partial right. does it mean that if i get the ECO decision overturned, that me and my family members would get visas or does everyone need to appeal seperately?

please anyone who has some good idea should let me know. you can mail me directly. i intend to send in my appeal by thursday, 5th of Feb.

counting on you all
