The SADR declared independence around 76, recognized by the almost all of AU but the US stood in the way of it Statehood.
There's Somaliland, the largest unrecognised state in the world by de facto controlled land area.
The list goes on

The reality remains, for a territory to gain statehood, all 5 permanent members of UNSC must approve of it otherwise it's just a piece of land.

The video you posted is from South Korea and many of the weapons there are South Korean. It could be a US-South Korea training or even just South Korea alone. I don't think the US holds large-scale military exercises like most countries do.

Sadly the EU countries formally recognizing the Palestinian State changes nothing as long as one permanent member of the UNSC continues to stand against this motion.

Unfortunately, the only two entities that can sway the US to greenlight a Palestinian State are the State of Israel and the US interest in the region. Lately, the two seems to go hand in hand. Apparently, no country has enough political leverage on the US to sway it opinion on the Palestinian Statehood.

The Republicans winning the majority of the seats in Congress sealed the fate of the Palestinian State for another four years. At the rate the Israelis are annexing the Palestinian lands, there'll be nothing left to recognize.

As for the so called global recognition of Palestine, several countries have recognized Palestinian state for decades, including Nigeria. How has that benefited the average Palestinian? Mind you, Saudi Arabia still does trade with Israel, despite the lack of official ties between them. Turkiye, with all the talk, still trades with Israel.
As for the West Bank government, you and I know very much that that governments is a cesspool of corruption with so many leaders in bed with the Americans and Israelis secretly.
For your information, the PLO hasn't even had strong institutions that checks the government officials in power. Within Abbas's government are numerous backstabbers, sleeper cells etc with intense disagreements among officials.
Israel simply took advantage of these loopholes in the West Bank government, infiltrated it sabotaged it from within.
The Palestinians need to take care of their houses first...
