Are you aware of the mode of financing for the construction of these airport terminals? The ones for Port Harcourt, Lagos, Abuja and Kano were funded via a loan from China! The National Assembly didn’t want to include the one for Enugu (for whatever reason) so the then minster of Aviation, now Senator Oduah, sought alternative source of funds for the terminal at Enugu, and it was fully paid for by the time the GEJ admin’ left office in 2015!

All the terminals Buhari and Hadi-Sirika met at advanced stages of works have been completed bar one: AIIA Enugu! The Enugu terminal hasn’t been touched since Buhari was sworn in 2015, and is now just an empty, derelict shell!

Hadi-Sirika even got more funds approved by the legislature to increase the scope of work at the other 4 terminals. Again AIIA, Enugu wasn’t included!

So why didn't the then minister Oduah include AIIA in the airports that needs financing?

Don't worry, next year isn't far, when the work on that airport will start, you will comeback and claim the contract money have been fully paid by the then Minister.
