Good people of NL fam, kindly suggest how I can remove 'action required' from my portal.
I had NSE request that expired on the 13th of June which I could not meet for some personal reasons. I decided to prepare a word document explaining why I could not meet the NSE request and upload with uprfont medical on PDF, but it is taking me to 'NEXT' where am required to pay. This is confusing. I believe I should not pay again. Someone should please guide me urgently to save time.

Good Morning gurus in the house. Kindly assist me. Am having challenges logging into my RICC Portal. When I am logging in it takes me back to the language selection home page even after I have accepted terms and conditions.

I was able to loggin Yesterday around 9am for about 10mins. only to find "action required". I ignored NSE request that expired on the 13th of June, but now want to upload my upfront medical and a short note explaining my inability to provide the NSE documents so as to cancel the 'action required' that's showing on my portal.

Someone should please help and also give possible suggestions based on my narrative.
