Obaaderemi2:Before people hit the streets the prices were crazy hitting as high as 2600 Naira/L. Economic activity was quickly grinding to a halt. You have to keep in mind that we import all our oil so high prices are expected but Ruto had broken all records. |
Back in the 90s it was usual for the only people to be moneyed in Kenya to be Indians. That was because Moi, in a span of a decade and a half, had taken the entire economy from black Kenyans to disempower them and make them controllable at the height of the clamour for multiparty democracy. He had given everything to Indians and all govt corruption was managed and masterminded by Indians. They were immensely rich up until 2003 when we kicked Moi and his entire cabal out of power. Black people began to rise again after that. Ruto is now smack in the middle of impoverishing Black Kenyans and giving Indians a free run at the economy through bloated tenders and open theft. Kenyans are closing down businesses at an alarming rate. This is a business in Nairobi CBD. Look at what the owner wrote after closing down. This is the case everywhere in the country. Businesses closing down and Ruto promising to export young Kenyans to the middle east as slaves to be left with his Indians. Btw, the word Umbwa is Swahili for Dog. '

This is one of the very first people we will jail right after his father for pilfering public resources.

rvp2018:So you think the fuel prices came down magically? People protested and Ruto reinstated them. Thats why I waste no time arguing with know-nothing liars who live a lie with an open face like you. You are morally bankrupt, as always with the likes of Sudi and Farouk. Kenya President Ruto reinstates fuel subsidies in U-turn Revealed: Treasury spent Sh47bn on Ruto fuel subsidy Ruto's credibility questioned after reinstating fuel subsidies Kenya reinstates fuel subsidy after months of violent protests https://www.businessdailyafrica.com/bd/corporate/industry/treasury-spent-sh47bn-on-ruto-fuel-subsidy-4741258 https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2023/8/15/kenya-reinstates-fuel-subsidy-after-months-of-violent-protests https://www.businessdailyafrica.com/bd/corporate/industry/treasury-spent-sh47bn-on-ruto-fuel-subsidy-4741258 https://www.theafricareport.com/319175/kenya-rutos-credibility-questioned-after-reinstating-fuel-subsidy/ You and Ruto would rather lie there is no fuel subsidy to save face than accept he reinstated it but everyone knows its there. If you are lying so openly about fuel subsidies why would anyone waste time with a liar? Clean your lying character first @Obaaderemi you can see why arguing with such people is pointless. Its like arguing with a log of wood. Every response is countered with a lie. |
rvp2018:What painful reforms has Ruto done? Except borrowing loans and looting? No reform has been done. Ruto beat his chest with fuel subsiday but reinstated it within a few months. There is nothing like reforms, just old economic policies and looting on steroids with the Indians. We will kick Ruto and his Indians back to India within no time. |
Obaaderemi2:I dont have time to waste on a fool's errand countering RIP's foolish extensive rants. They talk big but act small, like the man with a small d who moves around claiming to have a big one. Noe of the things he wrote is true, only those who live in Kenya can tell you. Thats why everyone in the country, including in Ruto's own home turf wants him gone yesterday. |
rvp2018:I was referring to Jayesh Saini whom you just accepted has been the main thief in the healthcare sector. He is now the main mover in the SHA scam and Ruto, with his puny Mobutu syndrome, is glad to work with. Adani is not a thief but a scammer. There is a difference, RIP. |
rvp2018:Ruto is investing with KNOWN Indian thieves, just like you have admitted, and you are telling us he is using technology to stop corruption. When the same thieves are the ones in charge of the technology. |
In other news Ruto has been called a thief by a pastor in an event he was unwise enough to attend. Lol
|
rvp2018:SHIF and SHA are scams. End of arguments. Im tired of arguing with Ruto minions who can barely explain the simplest of things. 104 B was stolen in the last ten yrs by the people Ruto is now putting at the center of SHA and healthcare, the Jayesh Indians. |
rvp2018:SHA is just plain old tenderpreneurship. Why didnt he simply fix NHIF that has been in existence for decades? Ruto saw the looting ceiling has come down after people refused to pay taxes thats why he is looking for such useless ventures like SHA to the tune of billions and Adani as stealing avenues. Stop thinking small. Thats why all investors in SHA are Indians, just like Moi so that he can steal with them. A defining character of your people is the use of Indians to loot public money. That is imprinted in your collective DNA. When all this is done and dusted, Ruto will be the first president to be jailed. Mark my words. |
rvp2018:If you thought the 104B SHIF tender was shocking wait till you hear that Jayesh and Adil Khawaja through their companies Minet, MAKL and Pioneer have illegally allocated themselves 150B from Teachers Service Commission alone. Yet teachers continue to suffer and paying out of pocket medical bills. Adani is a thief not an investor. Ruto can give him the contract illegally and wait to be hanged later when we hang him and his entire family. We know he already received the kickbacks with akina Murkomeno. Your fake PR stunts wont matter. |
rvp2018:People are losing their lives daily with the SHA tenderpreneur nonsense that is only meant to steal poor people's money. I wonder which rock you live under RIP. This is a horrible time to be an elderly person coz you will surely die with dialysis and such costly treatments that people were affording before with NHIF
|
Obaaderemi2:You hit the nail on the head. Without fighting corruption all efforts are futile. We told Ruto to fight corruption first before asking for more money. What he has actually done is entrenched it and multiplied it tenfold. Even the Adani nonsense he is supporting is a product of corruption. |
ProblemChild1:The dead must be buried.
|
The first crook bites the dust! Where is Kikuyu1 and his infantile rants. We tried to help you see the bigger picture but back then your head was too much up Ruto's and RIP's arse you couldn't see or hear anything. This decision is likely to boomerang and hit the main crook even harder. Very interesting times!!
|
There was once a very vocal Tanzanian guy who used to roam these streets. He went silent like the infamous RIP and Kikuyu1 after realizing the magnitude of their blunders in the 2022 elections. But hear me out, I consider no model to be superior, but at this exact moment the Tanzanian government is giving Tanzanians hell after selling a port to Adani unprocedurally (ofcourse!) and raising taxes. Same issues were happening in Kenya, opposite outcomes. Kenyans firmly said no to the stupid taxes and refused the Adani nonsense. No one is speaking in Tanzania unless they are singing praises for that woman president. Those who dare speak, and these are big politicians, are being found dead and doused in acid. At the same time, in the exact same circumstances, Kenyans are driving their govt nuts and forcing the president to hide and move around like a fugitive in his own country. I strongly suspect its times like these that our Tanzanian bros realize the value of being vocal and raging against govt vs remaining passive. African politicians can literally poo on your heads and proceed to demand praises from you for a job well done. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yKYPdJvOVA0&t=333s |

Today Ruto attended a virtually empty church filled with a few loyalists who cant humiliate him with chants of Ruto must Go. This week across the country the chants heightened from townhalls to universities and night clubs. Everywhere the call is one.

The arc of the moral universe is long, but it bends toward justice! Ruto grabbed 1,643 acres worth Sh13 billion in Nairobi when he was deputy president. It was among the issues that caused a serious falling out between him and his former boss, Uhuru Kenyatta. Uhuru repossessed the land then for the government, but when Ruto took power he reversed the decision to reward himself the land. He thought power was enough! Turns out it wasnt. Yesterday, two years after he took office, the courts told him to STFU! Keep your eyes on the ball. The despot will wiggle and wobble and eventually end up in jail.

EKONGKING:You have no clue anything in the Kenyan case. Adani wants to take over an already operating and highly profitable airport with the promise of expanding it. The fact that you group Adani/China with Korean companies tells me you are very shallow. Koreans operate above board. Their overseas investments are upfront. They are doing a university at Konza City with zero issues. The Chinese give you loans but they dont follow all laid down procedures, eg they give you a loan and the assurance from you is that the contract will be awarded to a chinese company - no competitive bidding. In many cases Chinese terms albeit laced with corruption can be agreeable least because they build brand new infrastructure on empty land with their money, all you have to do is wait for them to finish and start enjoying their worldclass infrastructure as you pay through the nose. Now coming to Adani, Adani gives you ZERO loans, they bring no money but want to take over your critical assets and revenues and since they know that what they do is illegal and against the law, they bribe all government functionaries heftily, if they can they will even bribe even the courts. In the Kenyan case they could not bribe the courts so their deal was quashed. JKIA/KAA makes up to 20 B Kshs a year, more than enough to give itself an upgrade of its choice without external input. Adani wants unfettered access to all of the airport’s cash flows - predictably - and this is where Ruto - the professor of grand larceny- comes in because he is eyeing the money the airport makes. Ordinarily, the project operator should only have access to cash flows generated by the new project – i.e whatever the hell Adani claims they want to build. They should not be collecting money from an asset/investment that they found operating. Its actually robbery without violence. You can imagine if I found you operating your business and told you I will take it over from you fully, give you nothing in return at the moment of taking it over, use the business's profits to expand it (this is profits you were already making but I somehow assume you dont know how to spend it to expand), operate and eat the profit for 30 years and all this time you cannot eat a penny from even your initially existing business. And after that I will own 18 % for eternity. Only idiots dont see an issue with that. The proposal also showed that the proposed renovation of the existing terminal buildings was to be financed from money generated from the airport’s existing operations. Let that sink in. Adani is simply taking over JKIA as operators while the existing JKIA builds itself anew through the revenue it makes annually. Remember what I just told you up there, that JKIA makes enough money to expand itself. The renovations should therefore be undertaken by Kenya Airports Authority! On top of that they want a tax holiday of up to 10 years! Are you hearing this madness? Only monkeys like Ruto think this is a fair deal. But he is not a monkey he knows what exactly he is doing. The unsophisticated thief is using Adani to make JKIA and other profitable national assets his personal wealth with Adani as the front. These are the same idiots who gave him a free luxury jet ride to fly to the US before the finance bill - we later learned. We live in Kenya my friend, someone who lives in India would have zero clues whats going on here. Immediately these idiots took office they started switching off power countrywide to justify the need for an ''investor'', who also happens to be Adani. They then started switching off power at the main airport and refusing to power the standby generators - again this was meant to justify to Kenyans the need to sell the airport to who Adani ofcourse! The healthcare sector has been utterly torn to shreds to justify, ONCE AGAIN, the need for ''foreign'' investors to invest in the national insurance system ,,, to who again?? Adani!!!Everything Ruto found working has been or is in the process of being destroyed systematically to justify the need for one man in India to come in and SAVE it. Calm down dude. We are not idiots like Ruto and his bunch of Indian coolies thinks. I warned Kenyans against electing someone with the moral values of a feral feline. You can now see how you can impoverish yourselves in a single presidency through imbecilic choices. I also need to tell you that in Kenya we learned the hard way that if you wait too long, you will not be in a position to save your country later because 1) there will be no country to save , 2) you will be too pre-occupied with manufactured problems to save yourself e.g constantly no power, deplorable healthcare system, failed education system, biting poverty etc. 3) the people who impoverish you will never exit the system, they will always be in power pretending to be busy trying to help you but its all a charade, they actually know what they did and need it to remain that way atleast untill they die. As a Nigerian living in India, you can consider what we are doing to be noise but we actually know why we are doing all that we are doing to send this garbage government home as soon as possible. I'm well aware in Nigeria it is not your forte to bother with the govt, most likely because you gave up a long time ago because you ignored telltale signs of state capture and now even powering a single light bulb at home is rocket science. Dangote, a product of state capture, spent billions to build a refinery only to realize that the oil barons in Nigeria are more powerful than the drug cartels in Colombia. Please dude, let us fix this mess without undue influence from people we know from evidence are totally incapable as a country of taking destiny in their own hands. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ukym6GkXBzU |
Obaaderemi2:Somebody has an answer for you! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0btCvFJbmFY&t=26s |
StivoH2022:That thug must be brought down by all means. He is doubting the resolve of Kenyans. |
StivoH2022:Time to hit the streets again in line with 62 (1) and 62 (5) (e) if the chief scammer aka the bvtcher doesn't drop this ludicrous circuitous route of owning all public entities. Adani is just a front, if you peel the mask Arap Mobutu's ugly face is staring at you!

Ruto's treasury goon struggling, like RIP, to explain why JKIA should be leased for 30 years to Adani, a known criminal enterprise from India.

From a frustrated Kenyan living in SA. I did tell everyone here that Ruto was a disaster in and of himself. ''In the early 90s, Moi’s despotic regime crushed our resistance with unprecedented brutal force- Ruto ni mwanafunzi haswa! Frustrated and utterly hopeless, I left Kenya at the age of 20 to chase the dreams my country had failed to deliver—I hear you, Gen Zs. I traveled to South Africa on a one-way ticket, bright-eyed and bushy tailed, with nothing but 15K and my mother’s unwavering support. I hustled—kuosha vyombo, braiding hair, and trading curios—just to pay my way through my studies at the University of Cape Town. It was difficult living away from home with limited resources. So Ruto, stop this modern-day slave trade disguised as job creation for the youth. Our communities thrive better together, and there is plenty within our borders if you would just stop stealing the entire country. I have lived in South Africa for 30 years, witnessing this great nation rise to glory, only to later unravel into chaos. Yet, we still stand because the constitution reigns supreme and the rule of law remains the bedrock of our society. However, there is still much room for improvement. Getting back to my thought process... Under the leadership of Nelson Mandela and the formidable Thabo Mbeki, South Africa rose from the ashes of apartheid. The Black middle class flourished, long-neglected communities finally gained access to basic services, and justice became accessible. Social welfare reached the most vulnerable, affordable healthcare was within reach, and it felt like anything was possible. The constitution wasn’t just a suggestion—it was implemented, albeit imperfectly. Then, Stage Left, Zuma entered. Corruption, impunity, greed, and selfishness devoured everything South Africa had built. In collusion with his Indian cronies, the Guptas, Zuma dismantled the economy over his '9 wasted years.' Today, South Africa is trapped in dysfunction. Clean water and sanitation have become luxuries, electricity is expensive and rationed, and the Rand is in free fall. Youth unemployment is at a crisis point, xenophobia is tearing apart communities, and local industries have collapsed. It’s a long, sordid story, all rooted in the rot at the head—a moral decay that has permeated through every facet of our society. I now watch with horror as Kenya, my mother land, treads the same doomed path once again— as if we learned nothing from the mkoloni’s installation of Kenyatta I, and the subsequent Moi and Uhuruto regimes that Kenya’s electorate willingly endorsed. And now, we find ourselves with this cretin, Ruto, displaying the dangerous tendencies of notorious dictators like Idi Amin, Mobutu, and Bokassa. He is also following Zuma’s playbook, with his own Adani playing the role of the notorious Gupta Indian oligarchs. This is no ordinary corruption—this is state capture by force. It’s the systematic dismantling of Kenya’s future, and if we don’t act swiftly and decisively, we are barreling towards anarchy—if we are not there already. I am angry because I know Kenya’s potential, and it is slipping away under our watch. I am angry because I’ve seen this playbook before, and I know exactly how it ends. But more than anything, I am hopeful—because Kenya’s youth is woke, politically engaged, and fired up to reclaim the soul of our Nation- Ndugu Zetu, mumeamka. The South African youth uprising of June 1976 forever altered the course of this country’s liberation struggle. Their clarion call, Amandla! Awethu!—Power to the People!—resonates through history. And now, 48 years later, in June 2024, the Kenyan youth made their mark in our history books. You are exactly who you think you are: the leaders of Kenya’s 3rd liberation struggle. To the youth—I urge you to remember, we the older generation are not your enemy. We stand with you, ready to support this movement with our skills, resources, and experience. Battles are fought not only in the streets but in offices, courtrooms, oceans, and across the diaspora. #TaifaMpya ni yetu sote. To the older generation—we must resist the temptation of retreating into the "mwizi wangu" tribal cocoons that have long defined our politics. It’s time to wake up and focus on midwifing a #TaifaMpya that works for all 55 million shareholders. Competence, servant leadership, and respect for the rule of law must guide our choices for leaders in 2027. I am angry but hopeful- Kuna Mpango'' |
@RIP what are your HONEST views on the ADANi scam? Why is Ruto this megalomaniacly greedy and corrupt? Is it genetic? You can wax econ-lyrical to defend the wholesale auction of your country's resources to known crooks who also deal with human organ trafficking and are banned in all self-respecting countries like Australia and Switzerland. Did you see the terms? The cabal wants to ringfence itself against the courts, the public, the NA, etc. Its madness really. Only mad people like Ruto can even think about this as a potential deal but for him so long as he eats the huge kickbacks the country can go to hell. This is Mobutu 2.0. He must return the kickbacks or deliver his head to Adani for guillotine. In round 2 of the thief vs the people Neo Colonialism by the Gujarati cartel. The ADANI model. 👇🚩 1. Offer a proposal for infrastructure developments Suo Motto (without anyone asking). 2. Promise the skies and the moons in these proposals, show rosy picture of revenue forecast. The conditions precedent to this are never elaborately discussed upfront and openly. Eg. Adani Group’s HEP projects in Western Ghats in India; its Greater Nicobar Island (GNI) shipment terminal project in India; sale of electricity to Bangladesh and now, the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA), Nairobi, Kenya. 3. Get hold of the National Resources for a longer period, say two/three decades or even more. 4. Secure maximum exemptions from payment of taxes, other statutory payments/levies and obtain maximum financial benefit under these special Contracts/ Concession agreements. 5. Don't pass the reduced cost of manufacture to the Consumers. Infact, the contractual provisions are exploited at each step to maximise the gains by bribing the Babus. 6. Include provisions for heavy charges and penal interests in the contracts, which can be later used to earn blood money and/or prolong the control over the national resources. 7. Levarage the long term control over public resources and Government backed contracts to borrow funds. 8. Gold Plate the expenditure to earn windfall gains (remember the procurement of coal shown through circuitous route❓), which is then invested in own companies, through complex transactions involving foreign funds, controlled by your own brother. 9. Do this very quickly with the help of agents on payroll (hefty bribes) in the Government❗️ Rem Murkomen in Dubai with 200 M cash cash in a mursik bag? https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=1596773267563974 10. The pliable Media, the Regulators, Administration and even the Courts are there to cheer the Coloniser. The Media will not ask questions off these cartels or report their illegalities and anti-National acts, the Regulators will "hit the wall" in their probes, the Administration will play gobbledygook and the Courts will prolong the hearing, denying the justice effectively. The Gujarat cartel has hijacked the Indian Government, its Administration. It is depriving the citizens and foreign Nationals of their rightful services, liberty and justice.

And then there is Ghana Elections will be on 7th December 2024. Their crooked VP is called Mahamudu Bawumia. He is running for president, promising to lower the cost of living, empower mama mboga, give loans to boda boda, and promote the taptengelei economic model, every bit like Ruto. In Kenya, the Taptengelei Economic Model (TEM) is a term invented by Kenyans to refer to Ruto's primitive economic scorched earth policy of looting, much like the primitive cattle rustling culture of its Kalenjin practitioners. You loot everything till there is nothing left to loot. Eating a plant's leaves, stalk, and roots and wondering why it is no longer productive. It’s looting without a human face. The TEM high priest of 2024 has a colourful history under this model. In 1992, he supplied thousands of party t-shirts to his party headquarters. Trouble is, he never actually offloaded them from his car boot. He got paid for the same t-shirts over and over and over again! But that was the smaller matter. Soon, they ran out of money to bribe voters because of such wanton looting. So? They simply printed more. They sent the economy into a tail spin after 1992. It's a sheer miracle that Kenya survived the TEM-induced recession of 1993. At this very moment, Ruto is planning to print more money via a German company behind closed doors, after looting everything! The question is, why didn't VP Mahamudu Bawumia, like Ruto, do what he is now promising when he was VP? Did he even attempt? His running mate is the current energy minister. We've seen this movie here, unworkable. 68% of Ghana's energy source is Gas. Ghana is one of the leading producers of GOLD. 95% of its mineral revenue comes from gold exploitation. Ghana has plenty of OIL. Discovered in 2007. It is 20 times its annual consumption. Ghana produces a lot of COCOA. It is the world's second-largest producer of cocoa. These are very lucrative resources. Why are Ghanaians suffering from poverty, ignorance, and diseases, yet they have such massive resources? The IMF/WEF chained Ghana with odious debts and must, therefore, install their puppet to perpetuate the looting and, if not, obliterate its economy to smithereens. Poor Ghanaians must keep paying royalties to the west in interests on loans, and this must never change. These WEF presidential puppets have the same campaign bullets. "We plan to" "We intend to" "We have a plan," If Africans don't unite against this nefarious cabal led by Klaus Schwab, we shall have no continent. If Ghanaians dont take a lesson from Kenya, they will continue going down the economic rabbit hole considering at the moment their economy is already in the twilight zone. The ideal government, which the relentless Kenyan youth are hoping for, and Africans must fight for, is one that COMPLETELY turns its back on the mediocrity of past leadership and the kleptocracy of current leadership to ensure proper and accountable use of natural God-given resources, create national wealth, grow manufacturing, create jobs, a favourable investment environment, and resurrect industries so that people thrive at all levels and economies are allowed to fire on all engines. A government that accounts for EVERY coin. At the moment, if you look keenly, African economies are intentionally PREVENTED from thriving by foreign puppeteers together with their local African puppets. Change of perish! |
rvp2018:Even Uhuru claimed to have the silent majority to the last minute. It exists nowhere in the country. The Governor of Nairobi has just almost been killed by angry citizens few mins ago.
|
rvp2018:RIP, you are always frothing. For the record I have never advocated a military takeover. That's not even a culture we have over here. That question was posed to the Nigerians. Why are you catching feelings like a small toddler. You are the lose nut considering you're just about the only one remaining still supporting the Butcher of Sugoi. How is what you wrote even a rebuttal of what I said!? You think the police will stop an idea whose time has come so that your man can continue looting. They don't even have enough bullets to kill half the youth in this country. And they are welcome to try. |
Winneepye:Good to know. I guess that means life was worse under the junta |
Just came across a video where Nigerians were shouting for the military to take over. Apparently life was better under military rule according to some Nigerian. Life was cheap, Nigerians were living large, etc. How true is this. Does it mean Abacha was like Traore of Burkina Faso? |
LABOUR export - we are seeing 20% remittance growth - I think we have now overtaken Ghana to become 2nd to Nigeria in remittance in SSA. We are exporting 1,000 kenyans every week and number should peak to 3,000 - we are signing labour agreement - and have made it policy to export as many kenyans as possible.
Adani ofcourse! The healthcare sector has been utterly torn to shreds to justify, ONCE AGAIN, the need for ''foreign'' investors to invest in the national insurance system ,,, to who again?? Adani!!!
