Sharing money that won't get to 10% of the state's population is not what they're elected for. They're elected to do what all and sundry will benefit from. THAT'S THE DIVIDEND OF DEMOCRACY.

How many traders will benefit from this? Will they be up to a million? No.

All the markets in Abia State received the money, not only ten percent. I can't believe Ikpeazu can share 10k each to all traders in Abia State, kudos to him he tried.

It will be Peter Obi/Kwankwaso for PDP, Orji Uzor Kalu/Bangudu or Zulum for APC. Ibos and yorubas will vote for Peter Obi, while Northerners and Middle Belt and Niger Delta will vote for Orji Uzor Kalu.

if yoruba don't want it this way, they can choose between Peter Obi and Orji Uzor Kalu and vote their choice. if they still don't like Ibos, they can relocate to Kenya and dwell there.
