55m is even much sef. There are quite a handful of them going for less than 50m in estates like Ikota Villa in Lekki. You can check out nigeriapropertycenter.com. You will see more than enough. One was added just yesterday for around 48m. Go and see for yourself bro.

Since you mentioned Ikota villa, I believe you, mind you that's not Lekki, when you mention Lekki, the areas that comes to mind are fola Osibo, Admiralty, Chief Collins, durosinmi Etti, adebayo doherty etc... and mind you oral estate is way before Ikota Villa estate. Google oral estate and see how much land is selling there. I rest my case.

From the video I watched, the lady and the other guy are innocent , the main culprit is this lady's boyfriend (the guy with the tattoo ) he's also the one that ordered the phone . The lady and the other guy were just at the wrong place at the wrong time. The other guy and the lady are guilty by association
