Facebook is a great and useful platform both personally and professionally.

It all has to do with self-control. If you lack self-control then you should probably stay off of social media.

There's only one gripe that I have, I spent too much time having to check my settings to set things to private instead of public.

I've been able to find long lost friends on Facebook, this could not have happened elsewhere.

I will not delete Facebook but I will continue to monitor my privacy settings.

You're so smart, a lot of people don't look inot their privacy settings. I've set my privacy in a manner that no one can post on my wall and I only let you see what I want you to see..

It's megamund or no where for me. I too like the place.

Went there In 2013 or so, a plot was 15m , and it was very water logged. That scared me , I regret it now. It the only estate I have ever walked into and felt safe.

This is exactly what I'm saying, Megamound presently sells 400sqm at 80k per sqm. So if you want to buy 400sqm you multiply 400 by 80000 that should give you 32m. :: savvy??

when your friend bought 400sqm for 26m, I'm sure that was a while back.

Depending on the land size in lekki county, Megamound sells for between 80 - 85k per square meters and they sell either 400sqm or 800sqm. So do the maths.

So if you have to buy about 1500sqm in Megamound mound, kindly multiply 1500 by 80000. What was your answer? ₦120m right. This means if you're to buy 1500sqm land in Megamound you should be ready to cough out ₦ 120m

The Abijo gra land I advertised has a solid root title with no "omonile" issues. The price I advertised is clearly stated as "negotiable ". Megamound is way more expensive than Abijo GRA. I live in Ikota Villa estate beside Mega Chicken so I know what I'm saying.
