I see it in some babies and not in others. But the colour I see in babies is mostly a white smoke. Although I've seen babies with black and some with no smoke at all. But it's either of the three. I've never seen a baby with the light orange smoke.

Just for emphasis when I say baby I am referring to children younger than the age of 2

However I tend to see the white smoke among young children (children below the age of 10) than I see on older people.
