Good Afteroon all. After recently complaining about the delay on my application since May 28 a few days back, I got a refusal letter from cic on July 14 on account of financial means availability for tuition fees and and cost of living. I had a sponsorship letter pledging about 45000 CAD for a total school fees of about 34770, Had sponsor's account statement with closing balance of about 13million naira plus my personal account closing at 1.3million naira with supplementary salary stubs. Apparently all that amounted to the 1.3million naira I had available.
I want to reapply immediately with a personal account statement of about 7miilion naira. Who knows if this reapplication will be treated immediately as am reapplying again through online route.. Any advice on any other thing I need to do to reinforce this reapplication? I hope to reapply before Tuesday as to close in on the school resumption date of 1st week of September. That's about one and half months.

Good afternoon all, I am back again here since end of May 2016..I submitted online route since 28th May, 2016. I haven't got any mail from CIC regarding medicals or any other information..Should I be worried since Its not up to 2 months yet?. Is it possible to do upfront medicals in any CIC designated hospital?. Is there anyone who submitted online route at same time who has been called for medicals?. Any thing I could do to speed up the process as school is due to start at September 1st 2016.

Thanks all, I COMPLAINED about waiting for over three hours to pay online on CIC, so it didn't work and so i went to sleep, came back later at night and it worked in no time,not sure what really happened, but am glad I have finished this process,off to a cic centre for biometrics.

No you don't need to print or sign on the form if u are applnline. Open the form with internet explorer (it doesn't work well on mozilla) and fill it. After u validate there will be a prompt that confirms you have signed. For all the other documents you can attach with your Letter of Explanation. Online doesn't seem to be faster than paper. Infact both of them seems quite slow. So go for anyone you are comfortable with. The onlt differeence is that for paper you need to submit your Passport while for online it is requested.

Please one more question, I have been on the CIC for the past three hours on the last phase trying to pay online...Its been processing since then,Please what can I do, What's the average time it takes to process a credit card payment.

Thanks for your kind contributions. I am a new user, recently got admission to UWO for fall 2016 and currrently on CIC online TRV app. Please in what field can I add the other documents like Police report,transcripts and other certificates? Do I have to print and scan the IM5645 FAMILY FORM and the IMM1294 APPLICATION MADE OUTSIDE CANADA FORM to be able to sign on them? Is the online route faster?

Would really appreciate your answers. MANY THANKS
