I have been trying to locate any university (federal preferably and must be in the southwest) that offers PGD (Post Graduate Diploma) in environmental microbiology but I have not been able to find one. I wanna enquire if anyone has any idea of any university offering PGD in Environmental Microbiology.

State university would be fine too, in case there's no Federal university offering that!
