Hello, I got my mother a Redmi 15c brand new 2 weeks ago. Today, she's complaining that the phone isn't allowing her to install apps. Also, if a call enters, it will hang and the screen touches itself. What could be the issue please?

Hello please, help me. I got a 512gb SSD from a friend. I want to swap it for my own that is 128gb SSD. When I tried to put it in my system, the system did not pick it up. Once I put in the system, it did not boot. Is there anything wrong with the SSD? What can I do?

Please can anyone help with clarifications. My elite book 840 G3 developed a fault. It's not coming up. The technician guy said it's the power ic. We've changed it three times. Today he's saying it's the bios. It only lasts one night.

Now, he's saying that the motherboard is failing. I should bring 100k and swap it for elite book 420 G2 with touchscreen.

My own has 500gb hdd, but he's giving me 128ssd.

Is this good? Or he's trying to rip me.
